Hi! So brilliant presentations! Thank You! I fear I'll have to take an IELTS exam because of the incompetence of our (hungarian) authorities. I've taken an intermediate level English language test more than a decade ago, in 2002 there. The (state-approved, fancy, leather-covered) certificate was printed out only in Hungarian language, and the istitute refused to re-issue my certificate in English, because pre-2007 exams in Hungary were not met exactly the EU standard. So if the Dutch school where I would like to take my second degree, won't accept my own translation of that certificate, my English skills must have to be re-examinated. They accept everything from B1, through IELTS 4.5, but I want to be sure I'll get the highest score I'm capable of, for further purposes, including job offers. The reason why I would like to take an IELTS, is I don't have to specify the level during the registration, and I will have only a single exam to take without a risk of failing.

My two cents. If you are already at the same level or half/one band below, you can do IELTS specific preparation and get that band. DO NOT expect to improve your level by BAND 2 or more in a month. I do not think it is possible. You cannot get to IELTS 8 from IELTS 6/5.5 in a month.
I prepared for IELTS in 5 days. This was not entirely by design as I was inundated with other tasks at the time, but I must admit that I underestimated it a bit. I regretted leaving it that late as soon as I started studying, but I found this channel to be an oasis, an absolute goldmine. I received my results today and I have Band 8 overall, which is what I was aiming for anyway.

Nice video! Taking IELTS requires special preparation. Everyone who has taken IELTS will confirm that it is not enough to communicate fluently in English in order to get the necessary scores. When preparing for the exam, I recommend you to study special IELTS preparation books because they are specially designed for a student to understand how to take the exam. Take IELTS practice tests to prepare psychologically for the exam and get a feel for the time. In addition to IELTS textbooks and simulators, I also recommend for you Yuriy Ivantsiv's practice book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign language". This book provides tips on solving many of the problems that every student faces when preparing for the exam. For example, how to effectively memorize new words, how to learn to write without mistakes, how to begin discussing a topic without stuttering, how to memorize new and why one forgets and much more. I wish everyone a 9.0 IELTS ! Good luck in creating your best future! Believe in yourself and never give up friends!
Now I'm worrying about the exams in India..!! Due to the covid, government has initiated lockdown!! Thus, I'm thinking that when the IELTS exam would conduct.. actually I have done my IELTS classes, however now I am not able to write the exam😭😭😭
I'm living in kerala and they have postponed the exams which had to conduct on may 8!! However, the lockdown will finish in this 16th, thus, I hope that I can write the exam on this month itself.

Wow those are amazing marks !! Would u mind telling me how did u study ? And did u use any books??
@@sulafmaher8037 I didn’t use any books; just watched and practised via TH-cam videos. I was consistent in practising everyday and it made me realise my mistakes and rectify them in the next practice tests.
So, I achieved this score because of constant studying and practice for just 30 minutes a day; even though I am a first time mom of a new born baby😊 Even speaking part, I did practice with my husband and in front of mirror.
Hi @sujitha first of all congratulations for your new born baby and also excellent result. I also need tour help. Could you please help me with reading strategies and how much score you used to get while practising?
Woww excellent tips guys! I'll have them in mind . Thank you so much 😘

Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it
Keep up the great work guys. Most appreciated 👊🏾
I have 3 months to prepare but I'm getting tired of reading and practising already .. How can I solve this problem?
I'm having the same issue and i am not ready yet
The Get-Strated Checklist link leads only to a store page, with no option anywhere to download a checklist file of some sort. Should disclose this part better, in my opinion. Anyway, thanks for the video!
hi Jay, i cant thank you enough. For someone who discovered your videos a day before their exam and literally pulled an all nighter i think i did exceptionally well.

Thanks a ton, E2 team🥰🥰
My two cents. If you are already at the same level or half/one band below, you can do IELTS specific preparation and get that band. DO NOT expect to improve your level by BAND 2 or more in a month. I do not think it is possible. You cannot get to IELTS 8 from IELTS 6/5.5 in a month.
Not true. Went from 7 to 8.5 in about 25 days. Every damn thing is possible mate! Just give it your best shot.
SIR JAY IS BEST TEACHER ,AND TODAY CLASS WITH SIR MARK WAS AMAZING
Thanks for sharing valuable insights about IELTS preparation
Thanks for all explanations, very clear ,and comprehensively.

Thank you very much, maybe once day i'll gеt overall score 8 band.
No doubt the current video is helpful. Thanks
Hi...how did you prepare, what resources
Omg congratulations!! I'm preparing for IELTS now too and my aim is also overall band 8
wow, congratulation, i am reviewing my IELTS exam, hoping to pass this exam, even i will get a band of 6 overall🙏🙏🙏

Hello, thanks for this helpful video ,plz tell us which books are the best for ielts in different scores 🙏🌸
YOU ARE AMAZING. THANKS A LOT
Thanks for Watching!

Thus, I'm thinking that when the IELTS exam would conduct.. actually I have done my IELTS classes, however now I am not able to write the exam😭😭😭
if you register through IDP they are accepting registrations. I have registered today only.
I'm living in kerala and they have postponed the exams which had to conduct on may 8!! However, the lockdown will finish in this 16th, thus, I hope that I can write the exam on this month itself.

So I'm planning to take the official IELTS exam in about a year because I'm in 10th grade and I'll graduate next year
That's why I was hoping to self study year earlier so I wouldn't have to pay for IELTS course
Can someone recommend me if I should go to an IELTS course or self study for about a year. Thanks in advance 😅
From my point of view it would be much more better to attend IELTS course. Break a leg bro!
