Nice mods, you could replace that rubber band with a ranger band (piece of inner tube) it would hold tight like the rubber band but could also be used as tinder.
The hook and fishing line behind the clip is a mod I haven't seen elsewhere. Do you need to take off the clip to set that up? If so, does that make it hard to get it out in the field? Can you still use the clip when you have that in there? Instead of sharpening that fish hook into a needle, you can actually just stuff a needle behind the sharpener. No you don’t you can just pull clip up the off it’s not hard if you need it keep in mind it’s an emergency use item
