I have three boys and I have passed that fondness for the character to them as well. My mom, my dad, my friends and basically anyone I meet or met knows who Superman is. Now think about that for a moment. Any actor that gets to portray SUPERMAN, their life immediately changes! Their life and anonymity is never the same again!!! SUPERMAN was in early generations’ imagination almost from the get go. He had a well known radio show. People gathered around together to listen to his adventures. The scope of Superman’s influence on the entire world is unparalleled. As you mentioned, the character has conquered ALL FORMS of media. It’s astonishing really.
