I love the little kei trucks, but it would be super cool to have a Racoon 4WD van, lifted two inches, with some decent mud and snow tires, that could be used for a daily driver people hauler, but also fold down the back seats and load it up with camping equipment to make it a high MPG all terrain SHTF mini RV.
Love it. I think both the Jimny and Pajero are great, but there's something cool about the Pajero (especially the Pajero Junior). As far as your Jimny, to get the biggest return in investment and make some decent money when & if you decide to sell, you should probably make it a bit more off-road worthy with some aggressive tire/a small lift/a quality front bumper, etc. You should ask that welder to weld you up a sweet front bumper and a nice minimal light bar.
That's awesome there are meet ups in your area. Starting to go down this rabbit hole and was looking for something similar here and so far no luck. It's SoCal so lot's of low rider and motorcycle stuff. I did see some comments about possibly registering them as historic vehicles over here to get them registered but in 20+ years living in this area I've seen these vehicles probably 5 times. Jealous!
I need help! I got a Mitsubishi bravo minicab 1998 u43v. Oil seems to be leaking from the oil sump. I live in new Zealand. I can't find where to get a new gasket.
Did you check the Facebook groups? Someone in Japan may be able to order you a new one from the dealership. They have a Mitsubishi Minicab/ Bravo FB group

yeah im thinking of getting a lighter but i also wanna slam it and turn the boost up at the same time lol
The biggest difference between the Jimney and the Pajaro is the Jimney has sold axles front and rear.
I wish my jimny was a JA12
