I can't wait, i need her to pair up with encore, so i can abuse dual rider in overworld, and i can use her as separate team in toa if i want, waifu>meta, she's gonna be my encore's mother
I’ve seen some damage numbers and I believe Changli/Chixia does more but it might not be accurate.
Also Just so u know encore can’t really fully utilize Changlis outro buff but Chixia Can I believe and she will work super great with changli as main dps and Chixia as Sub dps.
You can use encore
Btw if u have string master use that on encore cuz I believe with String master and encore with changli is like crazy. But the problem with that is it takes Alotta focus and skill so it would be difficult on mobile/Pc/Console unless you can spend the time training the rotation and getting it down to perfection

Personally I got jinhsi and I’m pulling for changli but I definitely prefer changli she seems to have more longevity, but either way this video is a huge help so thanks
I'm curious about the atk Vs DMG% calcs. Would be great if that is the case. Also curious how well she will work with encore. After playing here they seem to have a bunch of cool techs that will allow lots of swap cancels but I'm wondering how hard it will be to pull off? I like flexible quick swap stuff but if the rotations are too rigid I get bored and don't like to learn
Fusion damage is better but atk is fine
In terms of quick swap. You can switch off changli after gaining one forte skill stack, then switch to encore to do her combos wait for changli to get her intro skill back and then switch back to her to get another stack. Rinse repeat until she has all four stacks.

@@Jett125 it depends on who you want to play. Jihnsi is more strict because she requires three characters, yinlin yanwu or mortefi so if you don’t use any of those characters her team won’t be as good.
@@alexanderluna4598 well I have yaunwu (not built though) and yinlin but I don't really wanna break my calcharo team. My thought was to build yaunwu and have that as one team. Calcharo yinlin as 2nd team and encore, havoc rover as 3rd team.

Used one of your videos to help me get setup for Yinlin, now all I can do is hope that I win the 50/50 for Changli as well what with the materials and knowledge I have to build for her too.

My only concern with changli is how there's no i-frame on her resonance skill, i tried her on story quest and i feel her skill animation kinda long and propel her upward so there's a risk getting swatted in the air because changli's air dodge is the same like any other characters(cmiiw).
W8 there was no I frame on it????
@@reteach8272 I'm not really sure, i just remember getting slapped by the laser attack from the crystal boss on story quest while in animation of changli's skill. So either there's no i-frame at all or there's specific time where there's still an i-frame.

Gonna skip her . Already got Jinshi and her weapon , so my calcharo is online as well . Also just reached ul 50 and I have to spend like a month to upgrade characters and their weapons anyway .
Im lucky enough to get both with around 200pull, already got S2R1 jinhsi in 80pull ( 1verina & 1 encoreand she was last 5star so guaranteed ) got weapon within 50pull. Character pity 8, ill get changli and ill use 5star standart banner sword on her probably ❤

Ugh I don’t know if I want to pull Jhinsi and Changli or Changli and her weapon. I do prefer having more characters but I really want to hyper invest in my favorite characters. I could always grab the weapons on a rerun…and I did get the 5*Standard broadblade and Sword…someone help!
Edit: I gave in and pulled Jhinsi, took 70+ pulls. I’m devastated. Changli better come home. I can only afford to hit pity once 😭

IMO, weapons are more important.
As alternative, you can rely on reruns, so maybe it would be worth pulling for characters you really like (and preferably need) and build them, and then you can get weapons for them on reruns
Why would you swap to a different stat if there's no diminishing returns? All her damage is fusion so stacking it to 120% isn't bad. Whatever provides the highest boost overall is going to be best. That's why you stack double element on the 3 cost and not a element+atk because that combo is less.
Not in every case. For example, for Jihnsi, my atk/spectro dmg.3 costs deal more dmg than my 2 spectro 3 cost at the same crit ratio. Jinhsi only gives herself 20% spectro dmg, Changli gives herself 40% fusion, thats the 3 cost echo and then some.

I gotta say it feels ridiculous on the materials need at lvl 80 and 90 (plus the 26 weekly boss items and you get 2-3 PER RUN up to 3x a week like WHAT?)

Well since the Echo system is far less punishing and limited compared to... similar systems, the resource cost is put into something else, something consistent albeit slow. You're not gonna get all your characters built in a week and that's ok, prioritize the 3 you play the most and build up the rest of your characters at your leisure.
How is her damage compared to Jinhsi Jiyan?

But I think its ok if I go for her, because I main encore and her inferno rider is crit rate with high crit rolls so if I can get her weapon i go with that, and if u dont get it i guess ill have to roll for my other 2 inferno riders that have crit dmg😮💨

Jihnsi only damage per screen shoot.
Even jiyan vs jihnsi the difference total damage only 10% higher , its around 10k damage jinshi slightly higher than jiyan.
But jiyan better in aoe grouping
Until now only chang li in her rc 6 have -40% defense ignore passive skill (its literally acheron version of wuthering wave)
What about her kit was underwhelming? Her attacks alternate between ground and air attacks.
If you're talking about damage then it seems like you're just comparing burst dps vs consistent dps. Yes overall Jinhsi does more damage BUT she does her damage in bursts (E4, Ult) whereas Changli deals her damage evenly throughout her attacks (True Sight Conquer, True Sight Charge, Resonance Skill, Forte, Ult) . So you won't see a huge number like Jinhsi.
It comes down to if you prefer consistent damage or burst damage.
