    ☆About NADESHIKO HOTEL SHIBUYA☆
    🌸You can choose an amenity bag from several choices.
    🌸Yukata pajamas are very cute and you need to return it.
    🌸They have a big public bath but they don’t have any shower rooms for individuals.
    🌸They don’t have any elevators…so you have to carry your luggage by yourself.
    🌸There's no protection like a locked door but it was safe for a woman as far as I tried.
    🌸I hit my head to the ceiling several times :/
    *You can close the curtain when you sleep, but that's the only protection you have because you can't lock doors at any capsule hotels. So, you may be worried about it. When I stayed here, it was okay though. But we never know who will stay when we stay.
    🏨 I asked the hotel if trans women can stay at this hotel on the female floor. The official identification such as passports must be female.
    Thank you for watching and subscribing to my channel☺

      Can u link me to some where the bath is in cubicles and not public? Like don't have to go naked infront of other ppl....

      I think it's good that id must say female, & no go by self id.
      I'd personally not stay at a place of it was self id, so a hotel only accepting female id would be very reassuring for me.
      I love watching Japanese capsule hotel videos.
      Japan looks so clean, & all the amenities on offer is amazing! 👍.

    Another great video. This is the first time I've actually been a bit meh about any of the capsule hotels you've stayed in. The check in outside I'm not keen on especially if it was really cold in Winter and no elevators is also not good. Amenities are fine but there's just nothing that stands out for me here compared to some of the other capsule hotels you've shown us. P.S that coconut curry looked so good to eat!! Thanks for the video and looking forward to the next one.

    これ懐かしいい。I stayed as a female solo traveller in Nadeshiko Hotel too back in 2016 as an exchange university student. It was my first exposure to a capsule hotel! Everything seemed so wonderful, that I didn’t mind carrying my heavy luggage to the 4th floor 😂 I slept so well inside the tiny capsule because it’s dark

    i wish more hotels and capsule hotels had yukata to ware. as a foreigner i really like the Japanese aesthetic. When you go on vacation and travel so far you really want to feel surrounded by what makes that culture unique. I wonder if Japanese people feel like its over the top or like it is a gimmick. I know when I lived near the beach every place there has like silly things that people think of when they think of the beach and I always felt like it was over the top.

    • @travelloveranna
      @travelloveranna  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Hmmm, I think the hotels usually get inspiration from the western culture, so you may better to stay in Ryokan (Japanese inn). They usually offer yukata as pj. I found a good modern Japanese style hotel in Kyoto and I will upload it next month :)

    As a man I'm wondering do women get bothered by men if they stay in a regular hotel? Is that why they have women only hotels.

      If we stay in a regular hotel, we are fine at all. But in general, most capsule hotels don't have any rooms with lock, so we feel comfortable if they have women-only floor or something.

    • @miss.l.1563

      I can't speak for every woman. Only myself. ...... If I was to stay at a capsule hotel I'd stay at a women's only one.
      I'd feel a lot safer & at ease, in a mixed one I would not feel safe, & I'd more than likely not sleep soundly.

    it's interesting that the hotel is for women only but you gave it four out of five stars for safety. and its crazy to go up all those steps if you are a female with large luggage.

    • @travelloveranna
      @travelloveranna  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      well, I thought I changed "safety" to "comfort" ;D and yes, if you have a big suitcase, it will be hard to go up.
