There is no shuttle but the public bus takes you directly from the Odawara train station to the hotel! We used a luggage transport service at the train station so that we didn’t have to lug it ourselves onto the bus, and you could also do that if you plan to explore Hakone before you settle into the hotel ☺️ I’d highly recommend getting the Hakone freepass! I didn’t get one but i wish i did. It includes transport from shinjuku to Hakone and also access to use the 8 modes of public transportation that Hakone has!
