Betrayal of the greater good huh? Just Kidding, nicely done! Whenever i want to have a mental break from playing Tau with all the guiding stuff and so on i just play Imperial Knights :D
I think for everyone other than Kyle Grundy having other armies to play is healthy for your love of the game. I'm still struggling to get wins under tau just because it's a harder army to play, but playing blood angels every now and then and just beating ass has kept my love of the game going strong despite being 0-5 on my favorite faction.
You may not want to put this out there but what are some ways to counter Thunderwolves and wulfen spam? Ive managed to beat a space wolf player a couple of times but both of those wins are partially due to them forgetting things like lethal hits on the charge, or other stratagems that could've easily swung the game in their favor. (I play salamanders so mainly run firestorm but am tinkering a bit with a gladius detachment list specifically to try and handle melee rush armies like wolves/world eaters, etc)

Canis also doesn’t have Captain keyword so don’t think his unit can include a Leader on Wolf.
btw canis has no invulnerable save. I cannot describe how bad this is
