I also suffer from sweaty hands, somehow I got a little better than when I was in my teen years and middle twenties, but it still happens just as you say, when its hot, when you stress, and with some fabrics that just make it worst, thanks for sharing.

Hello Negin - I really love this video (but I have loved all of the videos in this series) but this one especially for showing your condition with your hands. My best friend has the same exact issue and she gets so self conscious of her hands that if we're in a concert and we don't want to separate from one another, she will find a way to get a hold of me without holding my hands... I showed her this video to show that there are solutions and she isn't alone in this. Just what I have experienced with my friend I know it can be stressful and feel embarrassing to sweat from your hands. I also love how your mom came to the rescue with the toilet paper haha but moms are the best! This totally reminded me of my mom - was your mom a professional hair dresser? Anyway keep up the good work and thank you for showing this side of yourself :)
