A Brian I’m a veteran That served In Iraq from 2004 to 2005 and during that time l lost Six friends in combat. I been watching your videos for some time now and my favorite is when you made the wooden bench with that big rock , ever sense I picked up some basics tools nothing like your shop tho and I started some wood work and this helps me with my PTSD I stay focus when I’m working on a project , believe me is nothing like what u do ,so I just wanna say thank you for giving me a little piece of mind plus it make me feel good when I’m done with my project. By the way beautiful whiskey box 🥃you should Patton it .
Beautiful box, Brian! I really like the wide box joints and think they set off the design. Do you feel there is a benefit to using felt sheets over flocking the box?
I always enjoy your video, and you are a great craftsman. The only part that threw me was you paid attention to every detail, BUT, I had to ask it the screw holding the bottle through the back of the box? Isn’t it visible?
Brian Benham thank you for answering it and that awesome, a sort of alarm built in if people check!! After I wrote this I almost deleted it thinking you would take it the wrong way. I love the work you do and everything is always super clean and well thought out. I didn’t know if I was missing a step. I have a small struggling channel and hope one day to produce content like yours. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Nice work, Brian. I love that T-shirt that says "This ain't the first time we've done something we've never done before." Where did you get that, please? I'd like to get one myself.
Really work. The only thing I didn't like about it was your use of nails on the visible surface (glass holder), even though it's close to invisible, have I had some bad experiences with those areas turning just a bit darker over time compared with the rest of the wood. But really nice job on that box. 👍
First time on your channel. Excellent video and build! Are you sponsored by Lowe's or just work there? If you're like me and just like work shirts, you probably bought it..lol. Very nice work all around! Now I need a shop tour. I'll look on your channel page.
:( :( :( :( :( Dado-cutters again! In the UK & every E.U. country, dado-cutters are ILLEGAL! Maybe when the UK leaves the E.U. on December 31st, Boris will allow us to buy them.
Not strictly correct. The official view of the HSE, is that dado sets are okay, provided the saw was designed to take them, and the correct safety precautions are used. One can buy a new machine from Axminster that allows this. Is it different for commercial premises...??

Man, thanks to Jon Peters I found your channel, and man, I just found gold!
Also...How on God's green earth you don't have a million subscribers?
Great build and I like your choice of whiskey.
Beautiful!
Excellent craftsmanship as always. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic!
Tight work, and splendid video!
Always looking forward to Your projects
I'm not a whiskey drinker, but I love this project. Very nice~!
Another nice looking project. I always like your design sense! Thanks for sharing.
This is the first video of yours I've seen and I loved it. Great workmanship. I subscribed and hit the bell. I may even get the plans for that box.
Beautiful as always.
Beautiful! ...have you ever heard of a push stick? Dude, when you did that resaw your finger was so close to the blade.

Always high level talent and inspiration! A joy! Curious as to why no tumblers?
Tumblers were not requested by the client
Very nice!
Beautiful work! Is that a 23 ga pin nailer? I dread filling the 18 ga nail holes. May be need to look into 23ga if it disappears into the wood grain!
Really work.

nice work.1k like. ❤🍺
Nice project. Next time, why not try spraying in flocking? It’s very easy and looks great.
Brian Benham I missed the “f” in flocking.
How do I get the plan
I noticed the bottle was empty. Isn't it bad luck to give something away if it's empty? Like a wallet?
@@Benham_Design So it works as a breathalyzer as well.
Beautiful work, but a lot of effort to house an empty bottle and six glasses never to be filled. Hic Cheers.
I really nice made box, but the glasses are not for drinking whiskey!
Love the project. But, “
no sponsors,” while wearing a shirt with a Lowes logo?

I only use 3M 77 spray adhesive. I haven't found anything else that works at all
