You mean die and punch tools? punch is doweled, die tool will be adjustable, we bring our die tool down and inert into the punch, we will also maintain sheet thickness gap and die clearance gap between them, using sheet spacer (shims) and then we clamp die at that position.

There is no problem, if we connect rollers directly with hollow shaft gearbox (this is made for this purpose) we use chain and sprocket to reduce the width of conveyor, we place motor and gearbox below the conveyor bolt. and use chain and sprocket to connect with roller to transfer motion.
First of all Thank you for replying my massage I am connecting roller directly with motor gear box But the problem aqueir Gear box pull the conveyor roller in the direction of roller axis I connected bolt with roller (after inserting roller shaft in gearbox )to constrain motion Is it a good solution

The sheet itself,like a recess to locate sheets to prevent moving
