I don't know I skipped neuvilette for furina, was or wasn't a mistake idk , now skipping navia for xianyun, but I want both, currently have 167 around total wish,
For the hyperbloom team wouldn't it have been better to run navia with raiden furina and baizhu instead of raiden xingqui and nahida? That way she gets dmg% buffing from furina whilst also triggering hyperblooms and getting shielded by baizhu

That skill is so interesting, instead of actually hitting multiple times with buckshot, it looks like the game observes how many pellets hits, then calculates your final damage as one instance.
Yep. I thinking it's because of the 11 bullets mechanic. When 11 bullets hits, the skill deals up to 200% of its damage. It's funny to see the enemy suddenly lose a large portion of their HP because they happen to be extremely close to Navia.

Wasn't planning on getting her, but after trying her out, she's actually super fun to play. Especially the KABOOMs and OOMFs from the cannon attack. She actually changed my pov on Geo element. Time to farm for her materials.

Base is 710% at lv 10. It will be double if all 11 bullets hit the enemy, which is 1420%. So at 5 hit, it will be 710%, for 1 more bullet, the multiplier will be increase by (710/6)=118,3%. At 6 stacks it will be boosted 45% DMG bonus, make the E like nuking everything. Bonus: When Navia has 3 stacks or more, and hit only 1 enemy, her E when hit enemies will be appeared as a rose flower burst instead of Geo shot burst.

Same. But my worry was due to the cutscene of her fighting. I thought she's going to be another Noelle character like Ittou. Luckily, she's an entirely different character that you can practically fit her in any team that doesn't require 4 specific units. You can even put her in a bloom team if you want. But right now, my favorite is what I call "Fontaine Girls" team. That have Furina, Charlotte, Lynnette, and Navia. It surprisingly work well.
Honestly, Navia is the definition of why it suits her by terms of lore and the gameplay as a playable in game. We all love it
One thing that I was a little nervous about was whether her extra Atk boost from having Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro characters in the party would only trigger once per element but it seems to apply even for 2 of the same element.
Navia is strong in her own way like other dpses, she didn't save geo, other geo characters didn't become stronger with Navia's release. Geo needs a support that requires a crystallized reaction (or geo reactions must change completely but this requires a lot of effort and can shake the game to the core). Maybe Chiori can bring something to the table for this job. However, it is impossible to save all geo characters, the old ones will be forgotten with the release of the new ones, which is the fate of gacha games.
Honestly Navia makes Geo characters like Albedo who can consistently apply Geo look better. Because this means more crystallize can be done and she can gain stacks easily.
But idk if the stacks are that hard to obtain

Agreed, she did not save geo. The real problem lies in the reaction itself. We’re still waiting for it to react with dendro 😅 (as hoyo devs said that they’re planning)

The problem is she's doing, at most, 125-250k to a single target every rotation if you're focused on just maximizing her personal damage over team damage. She isn't a dps increase for a single team she can be put on, and several of the standard banner 5 stars outpace her damage. Worse, considering out non-interactive her kit is designed to be, she's unlikely to ever get better, and can only really fall off from here. Speaking in purely mechanical terms, she's probably the worst limited 5 star in the game.
I was expecting a team comp around Ningaung it's really good. Even in trial it's the same comp ❤

I don't think I'll pull for her right now, but trying her in the trial run was pretty fun. She's really satisfying to play, imo. Might not "save geo" like people are saying, but she is indeed a good character, thankfully.
I doubt she can singlehandedly save Geo but I'm really happy to finally have a reason to play my Albedo again; I C2ed him, got him his signature weapon back during his event, farmed Husk of Oppulent Dream and even crowned his skill and, despite all of that, he was still pretty much a DPS loss on any team I played him since I don't have enough good Geo characters to make a full Geo team.
I'm _so_ happy he finally has a proper partner to pair with; despite everything, he's still one of my favorite characters.
I felt that. I actually farmed for all of her materials, but with the soon release of Cloud Retainer im thinking of saving my primos for her. Not sure about pulling for Navia anymore, might still do it though.
Genshin for me is all about new characters and exploration at this point. Been playing since launch, new areas and new characters are what im most excited for nowadays

I'm using her with Sac GS in a quickswap comp with Noelle, Fischl, and Furina. c6 Noelle's burst doesn't end in swaps and with Fischl and Furina's pokemon can keep making shards to feed Navia's skill, while Navia's geo particles and battery Fisch keep feeding Noelle energy for 100% burst uptime.

I had fun using her in her trial. Maybe it's just me, but I think power creep is becoming more visible with her release. Itto used to be a huge Geo DPS, but with Navia, he went straight to the bench.
Yh for some reason they are making Fontaine characters so freaking busted numbers wise, lyney, neuvillette, and now navia, they all hit extremely hard, especially Nevulllate
True, I'm finding non-healer 5-stars from other regions benched except for Raiden Shogun. I used to have Zongli on all teams but now he just doesn't fit in any of my current team comps. Mihoyo's doing a great job in triggering our FOMO, making us feel outdated, and exhausting our wallets though lol.

Seriously, Navia have an amazing design. High damage. Skill and burst are easy to spam. And she's cheap to build. I heard that Chiori is going to be a Geo unit, I wonder if she's going to have a synergy with Navia.
I did a co-op with a Navia user last night and before I knew her burst had an 18 second cooldown I swear it was 10. I swear I heard Fire! Every 10 seconds. But I think that just shows how spammable her skill and burst are. Very fluid in gameplay.
@@lanithelightning that might be c1+ then because the c1 decreases burst cooldown (i don't think it's as much as 8 seconds though)
Per leaks, Chiori is going to be Crystallize dedicated support for Navia. Aka what Shenhe is to Ayaka.

She’s the most fun I’ve had playing a character since the Shogun came out. She’s kinda like a weaker Eula in her playstyle and can even use the pale flame set.
Gonna get her next rerun. Still saving for Nilou but the big numbers are always nice to see

I would have pulled until a month ago, but now I'm skipping for Cloud Retainer. 😅
After playing with her for about a day there is one team I haven't heard anyone talking about that I found really good. It's Albedo, Navia, Yae, Bennett. Albedo-Yae combo raises the damage floor of the team with you having to do much, not to mention produces tons of shards. And when Yae's burst is ready you can skip Navia's NA string after a E to slot in Yae's Q. My Navia is still pretty scuffed with 2p Atk, 2p Geo artifact and 6,8,6 talent and still this team cleared second part of current floor 12 easily. I didn't even wait to stack up Serpent's Spine or Albedo's Husk set before a floor run.
I love that Navia kicks her greatsword at the enemy in her triple attack, and then follows up with her gunbrella to finish the 5 attack combo.
I also love that you can say 'gunbrella' to describe her.
Noelle, she covers the healer slot, lets you use furina, and gives so many shards.
With Noelle, it means you can run furina and 3 DPS (Noelle on field and 2 subdps)
I was experimenting with navia furina gorou and bennet. Somehow gorou helps with the crystallize production and gather since his burst acts like a magnet for those crystals reducing the need to run around or doing the hold version of her skill
bullets stack also shows how the recoil impact on her, kudos to the logic animation
I love her so much. She's the most fun I've had with a character in a while!

Managed to get two of her in a single multi. She’s my only c1 limited banner character so I’m pretty excited
I'm rarely blown away in the character trial, but Navia's trial surprised me in a good way. That being said, I think the Brimstone comp (pyro/geo) is probably the best comp for her. Needing a niche team is not the same as a character being 'bad". Look at Nilou - she needs dendro and hydro buddies (likely the word Nilou would use) to make sure she does her best damage. But that doesn't make her bad, in fact she routinely appears very high on tier lists. I cannot wait to see what the community does with her. I have 50 pity and two more weeks to decide if I want her. (Waiting patiently).

You guys can't believe how tired I am of Bennett and xiangling comps. it's so insanely boring to watch guides and almost every main DPS "needs" those two to really shine
Do double hydro team. Or whatever else you have double of. It works still. I've seen double hydro team and someone mentioned double cryo with her. Last slot either another geo or whatever you might need in the team.
Honestly, I just pulled on a whim and wound up having Navia. I just got Furina in 50/50 so win win for me. Now I have someone to use all those 5 star claymores I failed when I pulled on the weapon banners that are just building dust in my inventory.
I was thinking exactly albedo as her best duo geo, but man I didnt think of sacrficial claymore XD.
My list in ver 4 is to get Zhongli, C1 Kazuha, and some 5 stars weapons. But it seems with the coming of ver 4 characters. Its going to be difficult. I sacrificed getting Lyney for Homa last time, and gotten Neuvilette. Hope i can hold out

I was surprised just how cracked she was in trial mode. Tons of fun and hits like a freight train.
Honestly. Using her from morning. And getting pretty high dmg around 170-320k f2p build. With golden troupe and archaic petra. (Crit R/D 67%, 211% , atk 1.7k. geo 46.7%). Talent lvl 7. It's pretty fun using her with furina, zhongli and Bennet. She's a mood character 💯💅🏻

after I read the new artef set the 4 piece needs the char to say under the crystalized shield, it pops my mind that albedo bonus EM was becoming a thing if u use him with Navia, and if u got em sub stat on Navia it's not bad ( to increase crystal shield str and IF THE EM didn't get an up :) ofc if it's got up from +4/+8 etc it's become waste)
i pre-farmed for raiden and im guaranteed but i still pulled for navia and i also got her weapon luckily.. i didn't regret my decision. she's worth pulling for. i'll still try to pull for raiden.

Navia saved my inventory because now I have someone that can use my R5 Unforged I got from whaling on Raiden's first banners.
The ratio of her skill literally outdamage even shogun burst 😂😂😂 the power creeping is real my shogun c0 with sara c6 full buff bennett and kazu provide 240k burst why navia can just double barrel and deal roughly the same damage 😅😅😅

I considered having a cryo/geo comp useful, cause their non-reaction damage is pretty high, amd the Crit from resonance helps my weak ass artifacts get more consistent... Shenhe/Charlotte/Yunjin can go pretty hard yo
I use 4 piece golden troupe on Navia in a quickswap team, as long as she doesn't exceed 2 secs on field u can utilize the 70% skill dmg bonus. Worked pretty well for me lmao

The last time I was excited for a female character was Shogun's first banner. I pulled Dehya bcs I liked her character and wanted Navia for the same reason so I didn't care about Navia's dmg. But I was surprised they actually made her very strong, that E is broken and fun. I'm very pleased with her playstle, now I can finally make good use of Albedo again too since all my main teams don't require geo (I'm a dendro reaction enjoyer)
At first I didn't think much of Navia, but her kit, especially the shotgun, seems so much fun!
The only thing I don't really agree with is that she's now the second geo character that gets stronger when her teammates aren't geo. The element is already weak compared to the others, so both of it's last released characters favouring other elements makes it feel even worse...
I hope that instead of continuing to move away from geo synergy, Mihoyo either reworks the reaction a bit, or that maybe they'll give Chiori an interesting kit that doesn't try to make the player avoid having other geo characters in your comp.

At first I didn't want to pull for her but then I did her character try out and she was _so_ fun! I ended up having to spend some of my hard earned Primos to get her and her weapon (I was originally saving for Yae and Shenhe and maybe Clorinde if she's fun to play) and all thing considered I had pretty good luck; in 100 pulls I got Navia, he weapon, Mistsplitter and a Skyward Blade.
Thats a shame. Her best weapon is gonna be the event weapon, hands down. Her weapon looks cool though.
@@clockworkheart5844 Yeah, I favour looks over power (ex: I won't run Mistsplitter on Ayaka, even though I have it now, because it doesn't fit her) and, in this case, I felt that even thought she has other good options, that axe was just too beautiful not to pull for.

you can replace xiangling in the furina team with another geo since you can produce geo shards with her hydro application anyways

Navia is by far the most fun I’ve had playing a Geo character and that’s saying something goddammit
She’s so fun, unfortunately still grinding that damn new artifact set which I wish they had released earlier than her, ehe a couple days would’ve helped but I just have a 2 piece Golden Troupe and 2 piece Petra on her for now. I love her play style
I discovered that all fointaine dpses deal high raw damage without reactions, they have very scaling to where there is no need for reactions but hoyo made it these dpses don’t do a lot of reactions because the highest multiplers on dpses are from fointaine units

My team for her consists of Navia, Albedo, Yae Miko, and Bennett. She's pretty fun to use. :D
if you love shotguns you gotta pull Navia, it's soooo satisfying. Also love the VA's work, the voice lines are great
i love the geo element so i really waited for navia and finally a fontainian character who is not a disappointment for me. i tried her with a hydro geo team with albedo, furina and barbara and she made a lot of dmg. i was surprised when i saw it. her crit dmg is 160 and crit rate is 60 with wolf's gravestone. and just two atk and two geo dmg artifacts cuz my sanity and my resins are out ( i always just got the blue one not her set, so i cannot even pick some cuz i literally got nothing). she is quite fun. and i tried the pyro geo team with xiangling bennett and zhongli cuz the big bosses always break albedo's flower. she made 200k dmg with her E this way. if i compare to itto who is the better i think its her cuz she is more flexible. itto is not cuz he need a lot of energy and he performs better in mono geo teams. and navia can quik swap, itto not. if i or the enemy mess up my set up (like break albedo's flower or just go too far from my other teammates things) if i used his burst i cannot cancel it cuz if i do that i loose a lot of dmg potential.
I’m happy they didn’t nerf her scaling I don’t like or use banat so I’m thinking of building Xinyan or Tankfei for non Fontaine team (my first team is with Furina and charlotte and maybe Lynnette).

NGL, I love the event claymore that claymore more than her signature weapon that is a poleaxe. The ornamentation looks better on the axe, but I want big woman big sword energy.

That's why it's wiser to wait for rerun. I don't wanna play another Future Impact character who gets stuck with the same Xiangling-Bennett duo until her better teammates would come.
Shes so strong shes carrying my team, im a newbie and my Navia's lvl 39 shes hitting 2400+ damage (crystallized) with 3 star lvl 4 artifacts and lvl 40 debate club with her skill (her talents are lvl 1) didn't expect to get her at 40 pity and winning the 50/50 because im new but while playing her on the trial she was pretty fun and was pretty impressed by her damage
Also I have a question what is the diff between atk and geo dmg bonus (or any other element bonus)
Honestly, the most fun I have had with her is doing drive-bys. Basically, Mona with TTDS and 4 piece GT on Navia. Mona dash up to a poor Hilichurl, quick swap to Navia, shotgun blast to the face, and back to Mona to dash off again. Slap on sac greatsword and can get 3 shots off, so not even ruin guards and such can withstand the drive-by shotgunning.
My update is not even done yet.

Finally.. someone testing with Geo Traveler...
I run her (for rn) with a 2 piece 2 piece attack build % using Wolf's Gravestone. She's in a comp with Yelan, Raiden and Zhongli and I do about the same if not a little more damage than shown here. So it's not MANDATORY or anything to play her with Benny and Xiangling if you don't want to.
Though getting her artifact set should be a priority imo
I've built Navia into a semi-auto shotgun. I regret nothing.
People forget dehya exist.. dehya coordinate attack can inflict pyro aura to enemy
Dehya is not forgotten, she is hated. Personally, I love her but that's just the reality.
Her tick rate is slow, uptime is short if C0, provides nothing to the team except for double pyro resonance with Bennet, why not just use a 4* that everyone has and deal way more dmg off field

Archaic Petra is usable if putting Navia in as a burst dps to quick swap out occasionally.
Nice review although I'm not going to use water boy as long as I have yelan, and Pyro tornado girl as long as I have dehya. They are not better, but they are hotter.

Thank god she's not a character that heavily depends on other geo character ( we know literally every geo character in this game depends on their own element to dish out damage, which is literal dogwater) since my account only have zhongli and no other 5 star geo ( because of how BAD the element is) and my geo 4 stars aren't build. I believe her 2nd ascension passive gives SO MUCH value, which helps her become the best geo dps character in the game.
