You do a great job of analyzing the reads of the qbs

I have a question regarding potential setup plays that could work in succession to a swing pass to an orbiting slot WR: Do you think a succesfull swing pass to the orbit man could setup a sweep WR-handoff if the orbit motion were to be reversed as soon as the orbit man has passed the QB? The shotgun RB could be used as a lead blocker. I have seen this type of play used by the 49ers with Deebo Samuel.

I have done that a couple of times and it could definitely be good. We will put out a video here pretty soon where they do use that kind of motion for power read. Good thought on that. Thanks for watching!

Excellent analysis, ECU fan and interested to see how the OC from OLE Miss will implement many of these concepts. Quick question, in this offense when orbit motion is used, is the QB’s first read the outside or inside lb? Thanks

Great question. I think it depends on what the formation is and how many blockers there are on the edge. If you have a couple I would think the inside would be the read. What are your thoughts?
      Thanks for watching!

@@coachescaviar8898 Agree, inside backer , then outside backer depending on scheme…Great analysis by the way, impressive stuff..

Coach at the 6:39 mark. Isnt the TE covered by the slot wr? Isnt he ineligible?

Good question. I think the clip is cut where you can't see it, but I think he was at a FB spot and off the ball instead of on the ball. That would allow him to release even though the Slot was covered up. Thanks for watching!

Why don't they show TV football from a camera angle that actually let's you see what's developing on-field? NFL football is unwatchable for this and many other reasons.

That's an awesome question. Over the past couple of years I think for some college football broadcasts it has gotten better. Not sure what their thinking is other than the cinematic value for the casual fan that wants to see close up slow motion shots instead of the schematics of it. Thanks for watching!
