What do you mean? The American rating system is messed up. I’d let my 7 year old son watch a TV-PG Show, or an 11 year old watch a TV-14 show like South Park, or Rick and Morty. It’s not much about the age, but more about the maturity. An 11-year old is an adolescent going through puberty and thus can have humor of themes and relate to mature topics that develop in puberty which may be in TV-14 shows, TV-MA shows, or even R Rated Movies.
What's funny is Redo of Healer has a US rating of 18 + on Blu-ray yet in Canada TV-MA is already called 18 +. The Canadian rating for Redo of Healer is 18a.
