You will probably agree more with what he said than what I had said. This is because he has been associated with such things in the past which had been ratified by the society. I don't have any precedence or social/institutional ratification with respect to the field I had talked about. The same thing is true for Bollywood. We go to watch movies by just looking at who is the director and who are the actors. Even if the movie turns out below average, you will not be much disappointed, it will not hamper the future prospects of the people involved in the movie. But if a newcomer director with new or lesser-known actors releases a movie. Usually, it is seen that very few people will go to the theaters. Even if later they get to know that the movie is good there will be a low probability of them going to the theaters. Their work doesn't get ratified easily. This is a major challenge to get rid of nepotism in Bollywood. Because nepotism is a problem only when we buy it.

I love the content of this channel. You can tell research went into it and the aim is to be as close to the truth as possible to educate the public on radio issues so they can be dealt with. It is never sensationaling an event, I've seen many people speaking on nepotism to make money or gain views of the tragic death of Sushant Singh Rajput. I fell Israel is the best example of how to tackle nepotism and class difference. Everyone of age serves in the military and so, it doesnt matter whether you're a rich man's son or poor man's son, everyone starts out the same way. They all start out by cleaning toilets as privates, they all do menial jobs, learn a skill or trade and after they make it out of the military service, they all see each other as equals. Make community service mandatory for all children in schools, private or public, no exception. It should be part of the curriculum. Clean public spaces, clean a river or a lake, work in a nursing home, make food for the homeless and the destitute in langars, learn gardening, pick vegetables on farms or learn a skill or trade. Education shouldn't just be about literacy, it should be about learning how to build and maintain a good and free society. I would go to extent of saying that the only organization capable of implementing this nationwide, is the RSS.

I fell Israel is the best example of how to tackle nepotism and class difference. Everyone of age serves in the military and so, it doesnt matter whether you're a rich man's son or poor man's son, everyone starts out the same way. They all start out by cleaning toilets as privates, they all do menial jobs, learn a skill or trade and after they make it out of the military service, they all see each other as equals.
Make community service mandatory for all children in schools, private or public, no exception. It should be part of the curriculum. Clean public spaces, clean a river or a lake, work in a nursing home, make food for the homeless and the destitute in langars, learn gardening, pick vegetables on farms or learn a skill or trade.
Education shouldn't just be about literacy, it should be about learning how to build and maintain a good and free society.
I would go to extent of saying that the only organization capable of implementing this nationwide, is the RSS.
