NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself. For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response. I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE. @PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. This vehicle have been lot of problems and no subsidy given , They have been going for development and this not gives to old vehicle this is problematic bcs we have invested more than one lacks rupees then we throw this vehicle after two year. This vehicle not gives consistent performance and company also not gives support. Very worst experience with dealer and company.single person customer care.battery drains fastly. Poor quality material.making customer fool

1.Charger Do not cut off power of full charging it turns green and red continuously.
2. Battery shakes very badly while riding on bumpy road, battery maybe damaged or the things kept inside the boot space maybe damaged.
3. Poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell you, yes sir it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue.
4. Back wheel makes noise whenever I apply the break.
5. Cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some Excel blade looks so cheap.
