Jumping Jesus, EightbitHD! You’re definitely better than I am at this game! You were able to get the maximum amount of lives, which is 9, and not even killed from any of the bosses! You’re like a super expert at this 30-year-old video game.
One thing I forgot to do is to take out as many regular Mousers as possible while fighting the two Mega Mousers sub bosses in the halfway points of levels 5 and 8, that way I would maximize points and get closer to earning another extra life.

I see this is not the updated NES cartridge, in 2003 it was updated via wifi when turning on your nes with the cartridge inside, to remove the twin towers
this game is being played with some cheat code or the level of hardness has been brought down in some way coz the bossess arent killed in this game with such few hits
Difficult is really low, because when shredder comes as normal, he used to be super hard to beat. Like you have to make him go red 10-15 times, only then he dies. That game might've only been available on the cassette. But still, this guy plays real good, escaping almost all of the enemies attacks.
Old games were games, newer games want to be interactive movies, but they failed at that, so they are neither movies nor games any more. I prefer this game over Call of Duty any version.
