Sir when we say accused is favorite child of law jab initial stage se hi accused law/court ka ladla bacha hai to phr court fair kaise hogi favoritism to shuru se hai.. and sir jab ham fair trial ki bat krte hen to ik taraf accused ko itne benefits dosri taraf burden of prove b prosecution k oper , tbhi to hamara conviction rate itna kam hai or crime itna zayada hai ab to even offender ko pata hai k court me se wo bari hojaega 😂😂😂

Jab father apna 100 percent day kar apni bat sabit kar lay ga or balance or probability zada hogi uski baat ma tb kahin ja kar court DNA ki permission daiti hai..
