You should wait 72 hours before shampooing your hair after colouring your hair. It takes up to three days for the cuticle layer to fully close, which traps the colour in your hair.
Can you wash it with just water?
@@pasc8699 I would say no but others may say different. To me you’d still be washing away the colour molecule you want trapped. Your hair is usually still washed after a colour anyways to obviously wash off product. So in order for your colour to stay more vibrant longer the longer you wait to wash your hair after leaving the salon the better.

In terms of coming of age movies: Juno has got to be my all time favourite, so sweet, and goofy, but also very real.
Also a rip off of a 2005 Korean movie about teen pregnancy called "Jenny, Juno". Diablo Cody claims to have never heard of this movie. Some white Americans don't realize that the rest of the world has been aware of Korean movies for decades. Spielberg said that shows like "Squid Games" demonstrate that projects can succeed with "no names" when it had 3 of the Biggest movie stars in Korea and well known to the world outside Europe, N. America.
So as a hairstylist, some curl/perm thoughts for y’all. Curls are formed because the shape of the hair follicle isn’t a perfect circle. This often changes when you go through puberty, pregnancy, or age. Perms can now be done with more than just standard perm rods so you don’t have to look like a grandma. You can do larger rods so you’ve got looser waves. Also prepare to smell like rotten eggs because perm solution is nasty and you can’t wash your hair for like 72 hours after.
If we're gonna talk about rom coms/ teen shows - Heartstopper! Literally the sweetest, most unproblematic show. Ugh my heart melts so much for that show.

Warm Bodies is a horror/rom-com, it's also a zombie adaptation of Romeo & Juliet, I thought it was very fun lol

When I was in high school I loved Pretty Little Liars and my dad just happened to sit down and watch it with me one night. Let me tell you, that man was there every week watching it with me but pretending he didn't care about the show. Although, when my mom would walk in and ask what was going on, he could give her an entire synopsis 😂😂😂
The best romcom is Notting Hill! I've watched it probably over 50 times at this point, it's my go-to movie for when I'm feeling down and not feeling animation.

There's this hilariously good British sitcom show called Vicious that is def worth watching. It only had 2 season with a bonus finale but it was so good. Cast was solid as well, with Derek Jacobi, Sir Ian McKellan and Iwan Rheon, who really threw me off in the performance since his last character I had seen him as was Ramsey Bolton 😬 but he was so cute in this. Highly recommended!
"Shakespeare in love," for Joseph Fiennes (Commander Waterford) and the ties to so many of Shakespeare's plays. Also, how can you talk about rom-coms and the only mention of Julia Roberts is "Stepmom,"!!!!???!!!! My mom was very strict about fallowing the age guidelines regarding movies except when it came to a romantic comedy! She would conveniently forget to check the rating so she had someone to go with her. Don't worry, my innocent eyes were covered if anything too salacious was going on. These movies were probably a huge reason why I had/still sometimes have unrealistic expectations of love.

What Lies Beneath tub scene is scary!
One of my favorite British shows that I've ever seen was "Regency House Party." It was The Bachelor meets Jane Austen, and it was HILARIOUS. A group of men and women had to follow Regency courtship rules according to class and try to find the most opportune match.
