Remember Sewell got hurt in practice in late August. It could be a nagging injury that hasn't had time to heal. It could be a blessing that there's an early bye week this season.

He has already played an entire season in the usfl last spring and he knows how the new dynamic kick off works. Plus he is smart like Hanson. And he has a leg 🦵 and a half on him. Put DJ Reader and Levi both in the middle along with Hutch on one end with Alim Mc Niel on the other end. Rotate Houston and Wingo on each end with Paschal. Run a dime defense with a QB spy to stop Mayfield from scrambling . Let the safeties eat , and watch the D- Line devour ❗
I think I'd rather have Levi on the end opposite Hutch.
Levi on the end would make way more sense than alim. Alim is a pure dt. Its not that deep really, just cycle between levi, houston, and paschal. We have great dline depth

I was at the game against the Bills a week or 2 before we got Prater. I think they missed 3 easy field goals and ended up losing. Special teams are so important. I agree Fox is excellent.

Kinda disappointing that Davenport isn’t playing since he looked so good against the Rams but we knew this could be the case when we signed him. That’s why we’ve got depth. Let’s the others get some reps until he’s ready to go again
We need Iffy and Davenport. Davenport is the missing key for the defense. Iffy can Blitz like none other. Theses players need to play through some pain. If I did that at my job I would be fired

Same ol davenport. Gotta blame Brad Holmes on this one. The DE he got in free agency has terrible injury history. Still need that DE. At some point Holmes has to get it done at that spot

Didn’t Houston have 8 sacks in 8 games two years ago? Even if he only plays on passing downs, a good amount of sacks, QB hits and pressures should free up Hutchinson quite a bit.
