I have never seen the turtle mold. I like the shell design. Most of them are plain. That's cool.
I had a trinket lid mold that did that to me. It was the Right thickness and should not have flash cured but it did. Maybe my heat mat was too warm. I recently bought a cricut and I like it a lot. Jennifer Maker has very useful and informative tutorials on TH-cam. I recommend watching some of her videos to help you decide. There is a learning curve but Jennifer makes it easier. Good luck. Let me say:
I HATE my Cricut, I researched what was on the market when I got mine (I have the Air 2, and the original which I've never used..... that's another story but I digress).
I REALLY wanted a Brother Scan and Cut but it was more than the Cricut so that's what we went with.
It was a big mistake for me because of the fact that the program to run it IS internet based and our internet is horrible, just horrible, so if there's an internet glitch while working on cutting then my cut/vinyl is messed up because I can't restart the cut.
ALSO the program to run Cricut (design space) is also glitchy although I think they have worked on it.
However, I got so annoyed with all the issues I had at the time I boxed it back up and shelved it.
Another thing is anything you design Cricut claims it, as in you don't necessarily own any of your own design creations.
Since you are using their program they claim ownership.
I don't like that, I worked hard on the SVGs I created. So when I found out that they claim creations I was like nope, not giving up what I create!
I want to get another cutting machine BUT hubby told me I have to buy it myself so I'm trying to figure out how to generate an income to make that happen (again that's a whole nother discussion lol)
I wish it was warmer here, it's going to be pretty cold tonight and tomorrow night.
Well those colors came out beautiful darn it stinks that it messed up.
You could fill it in though next time you mix some resin.....

Thanks for the info about the circuit. I never really was interested in one cause I can buy stickers or rin on transfers that look as good with way less work and cost ..I am leaning toward the resin printer since I use resin anyways ..I looked up a couple and they not as expensive as the circuit and I feel like I would use it more.. hopefully I can reach 1000 subscribers and be able to quit my job it's only a couple days a week and with what I would make from TH-cam I can make it fine.. hopefully by summer I can get there and tell thos boss to kick rocks lol that's the nice thing I say..or tell him to take the job and shove it .. LoL..no I'm not like that but I will enjoy the day I can put in my notice..now I'm rambling on .LoL have a wonderful night and a blessed day

I used acrylic ink..I did recently purchased black pigment paste wow so much darker black
I have used brother scan n cut for yrs ,it is a little more costly but it definitely has more function,the software although not super intuitive is free. I do a lot of the zen tangle coloring books and the scan feature is wonderful if you want to use your own art work .The only draw back is you can now buy generic silhouette and cricket mats but because of the recognition system printed on snc mats they don't sell off brands . I'm still using my original mat I keep resticking it and I use tape if needed, if you careful not to cut it it will last forever. It's actually very difficult to cut the mat because the blade self adjusts to whatever material your using, there's no guessing what setting to use.

Maybe, like real life, put some barnacles on the little defects. Or seaweed. Or take a little UV resin and cure it just a little, brush on more mica powder, then cure it fully. I think a little mold release spray might help next time. That's a big mold, takes a few days to fully cure I would think. That's my two cents. I am just thinking out loud. 🤔. Is it as heavy as it looks? Good self-defense weapon. Someone comes into your house and gives you trouble, konk them on the head with that. LoL. There were no subtitles and its middle of the night so I have it on silent. So if I'm repeating something you said I am sorry. I will watch again when I can put the sound up.
Love the barnacle idea.. that's brilliant..it's kinda heavy would definitely work to conk someone over the head with ..I can see it now.."yes officer I knocked the robber out with a turtle" that would be a story for sure ..
