Holy shit, that wuz impressive! 😱 A few things I'd like to add: The Wings could've grown out in process & the Tail should start to emerge out rather than having it already grown several inches out. Other than those, this is a good sequence you put together! What'll be your next project on your to do list? 😎
I didn't want to do the wing growing out, because that would've been a pain in the ass to draw the clothes on. The body grows fairly simultaneously, so the tailwas already out a bit. The wings were hidden below the shirt. The next project is the sixth chapter of my The legend of Alan Talbor Manga. After that I go for another transformation.

@Bárbara Araújo yeah, unfortunately, my powers are locked. i'm a mortal godking of birds, ultrabirds and super dolphins. i could turn into one of these, but the nature goddess is preventing me from using such powers. aka, viridi. of course you all know her from smash bros brawl to ultimate. she is the lady of stabilizing and placing natural laws from ppl transfigurating. dumb and stupid law, but we have to abide.
Biological explanation (but maybe not): He wants to turn into a dragon. With his special breathing method, he heats his body to the point where his skin tissue boils. And when various tissues are flexible, genes are expressed to change the shape of skeletal, skin, and muscle tissues. Horns grow, snouts protrude, feet can bend, tails and wings grow... Through such a process, he becomes a dragon.
Interesting, incorrect. The breathing is a form of meditation. It also cools the body because the cells are merging and splitting at a high rate. He simply grows fast.

Again, I'm quite impressed! The bubbling effect is a nice touch to really show off how his body is changing. It would be cool to see it spreading all across his body... but I imagine that would take a LOT of extra work, and you probably don't have the time or resources at the moment. But still, you are off to a great start with these animations!
This is a awesome video. The nearest thing I can think of to become a dragon is to commission a dragon fursuit. Though it is wise to make your furry persona first

It is all over the body. It's at the neck, the back, the hip the feet the face and hands. I just don't show them upclose.

Yes. That series had a huge impact on my whole transformation career.
