Right at the beginning, if I would have been the judge, I would have say to the defendant’s mother to sit down and wait until I would asked her to present herself by his side. Judge Toler was too laxiste and it turned out as a circus like too often on this show. At the end, when Gaylon asked Tykara to give another chance to their couple and she refused, it was the right decision. She made the right choice.

The Plaintiff needs to understand that the Defendant is not legally obligated to pay her child support, unless he adopted her children. She needs to understand a man will run to his mother, when the mother has that control over her son. I do feel the plaintiff needs to grow up about the children. but she needs to divorce him and just get child care support from her children's father. The plaintiff needs to also give her husband some credit,she is not even giving her husband any credit.or chance to explain his side. If he has helped her with her children for 11 years, she needs to be grateful most men will only do that if the father is not around or alive or can't pay support. There is so much wrong with this case but a couple of aspects that I found disturbing is 1. Her upset with him for being responsible by paying child support to his seeds. 2. Having an issue with son taking his mom to doctors appointment and doing things for them. When my mother had cancer, my brother who is married and stepped up to take her and pick her up from her chemo appointment. I stopped working to support her with in daily actions personal care. 3. A bonus- how does the friend know he uses the computer for porn. She is just a trouble maker looking to defame him.

They both help each other financially with all the kids and don't point fingers on who should be paying what to which child.

The Plaintiff needs to understand that the Defendant is not legally obligated to pay her child support, unless he adopted her children.

I had a blouse just like judge lyn, and I know this episode is a long time ago, but I have it, and I still love it, and the fact that she is wearing the same blouse makes me feel so so proud..love how she puts everyone in their place..best divorce court judge ever..
There is so much wrong with this case but a couple of aspects that I found disturbing is
1. Her upset with him for being responsible by paying child support to his seeds.
2. Having an issue with son taking his mom to doctors appointment and doing things for them. When my mother had cancer, my brother who is married and stepped up to take her and pick her up from her chemo appointment. I stopped working to support her with in daily actions personal care.
3. A bonus- how does the friend know he uses the computer for porn. She is just a trouble maker looking to defame him.
He's a typical broke black man that's not providing for her. They are white men that married women with children and take care of all of them. You black women just don't want anything stable. You black women expect all black women to take nothing and to expect nothing
