Love this band.. They have blended the best of what was 80's electronica- minimal synth/darkwave/coldwave into what sounds to me, a masterpiece of that sound and style. They are not a carbon copy of the old, but lovers of the old who have breathed new life into it, and made something uniquely their own. Any lovers of retro and any electronica must listen to this.This album is so good.
I simply love Boy Harsher. Sensual and yet gloomy with addictive dancing beats. You can totally just chill while driving or wandering at night and still listen to their songs if you feel like going kinky with S&M. It's literally breathtaking. Please do come to Brazil!

Their previous tracks were more raw, caustic, slightly less produced maybe. This is the best thing I have heard from them still,without a doubt. Its still more bitter sweet. Maybe more sensual,intimate overall. It feels more of a balance tween those things. Still has power like the first tracks, maybe more a balanced ,matured style that works even better.
I do appreciate their music alot,even if I' m almost 60 and as teen- ager I would listen to punk rock and heavy metal.I find this genre relaxing,it makes me dance,dream and feel good.Greetings from Italy.

Pain was so powerful it almost made me forget that I was protecting their synths in the back of the basement while they were performing. Ill never forget that day... just so good. I knew at that moment that boyharsher was gonna go far. But I'm proud to say I remember when they were just a name on a paper flyer barely havening the money to tour... so siiiick

Cabaret Voltaire, that's almost a dirty word here. Let's not confuse the Yamaha DX7 for quality. But Boy Harsher is indeed quality. If you've ever dabbled into Boston music alleys, here and there, you'll appreciate it's hard core and unrelenting.
