- In this video I am introducing Deb's Corner. This will be a separate video on Thursdays. I will discuss more personal things related to me, the RV world, being full time over 50 and more. I welcome your comments and tell me what you would like to know! I will continue to release content on Sunday's for my Deb's RV Services pertaining to inspections and tech stuff. Thank you!
Yes, more of this, please. I think it's cool to mix it all into one channel :)
I like “Deb’s Corner”! I would like to see this combined with your regular channel rather than two separate channels. Brings more personal insight to you and what you have to offer the RV world. Great job Deb! 👍
Thank you!!
Yes to Deb's Corner! People care for you and your story empowers others.
Keep the single channel and add Deb’s Corner! You do a great job creating content and are a wonderful presenter. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much!!
What a great concept. This is going to be must-watch Thursdays! As you know, Keep Your Daydream started with two tracks on their channel, their travel vlog and RV tips. They said that people would come to the channel to learn the RV tricks and then stay to see the family's adventures. Best of luck!!!
Thank you Liz! I’m excited to make lots
Of good content.
GREAT.....I love your stories and the new Deb's Corner! Woohoo!
Yay! Thank you!!
Debs corner is a fantastic idea. It give a lot more context and depth to your rv inspections. It’s also inspiring-as I get closer to the end of my career but not full retirement, your story is very helpful, and a reminder that sometimes you just jump in and learn how to swim with something new. Keep the stories coming and thanks for sharing.
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback!
We are full time retired travelers and enjoy hearing about other people’s adventures. You are articulate and knowledgeable so we will be watching Deb’s Corner!
Thank you!!😃
Deb’s corner is a great idea. I like it when channels have some variety, people, likely women mostly enjoy our stories, “solo RV women on the road and how we do it. We are inspiring, we’ve each taken very different paths to find our way. And so many creative ways to fund our lifestyle. Helping to educate people about RVs and show them what’s possible.
Rv Tech Adventures
I think so too. I can get bored with other channels so I know I like variety too. I also agree that we can be inspiring for other women. I loved watching channels with stories from other females on the road. 😊
Deb I started watching you on Liz amazing channel I thought it's great to see a women repair and inspect RV's . I enjoy your content it you have 2 channels that's fine Deb's Corner sounds appropriate then you can keep this channel for RV content which I will be watching both. I am also in my 50's and am craving that life style since I was a kid .. you inspire me and hopefully one day soon, I will be doing the same ! take care.
I’m loving your story, Deb! Keep ‘em coming!
Thank you!!!😊
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this idea of yours! I will for sure be a subscriber of Deb's Corner! I love how you are genuine and tell it like it is with no sugarcoating! :)
Excellent! Yeah I am pretty straightforward so it is hard for me to sugar coat🤣
Just listened to this video and love it - please continue and so thrilled you took the leap as I call it. Here outside Kalamazoo in little town of Vicksburg mi and ran my own woodworking business for years. Wife also ran large business and same first name as yours - Deb. We are both retired now and always treasure that we " cut the golden handcuffs and ran businesses that nourished our passion.
How nice!!! Welcome to the channel fellow Michigander😊 I love it! You cut the golden handcuffs haha!! Running your own business feels so much better doesn’t it? Your wife has a great name 😃
yes on Deb’s corner sounds great keep up the good work on both
Great to see you, Deb! I like Deb’s corner! Thought of you & your fun decorations & festivals while I was in beautiful Michigan.
Thank you so much!!
I enjoyed hearing your background and the stories of others. I'm in for Deb's Corner, either on this channel or a different one.
Love the idea of Deb's Corner. Your experience and advice are very valuable!
Thank you!
Your journey is important to share and yes! More! And I can imagine sharing your authentic self can be a good business strategy as well.
Thank you!!
Yes to Deb’s corner. Would love to get to know you. I owe a class C also & love love it. I need that push. Good Luck
I'm fine with it on a single channel. I like learning from you about RVs. I also like hearing about your setting off on the RV life, because I'd love to do that myself. In my case, it's deciding when I would be able to retire. I have to weigh that the earlier retirement gets me smaller payments throughout my retirement than if I retire later, against that I'm getting arthritis and will become less capable of getting out and seeing everything the longer I wait. I love your "I can" courage and it rubs off.
I understand and it is difficult to wait. If you can financially afford it on the smaller amount then hmmm, I think I might just go for it but I don’t know your situation. 😊
Good for you Deb. Your right, “a door closes so another can open.” The dilemma is, will you step though it😊
That’s right! We have a choice 😊
Deb's Corner...Absolutely! I'd like to see you make it a part of Deb's RV Service rather than starting another channel. ✌☮
Deb, I really loved hearing your story on how you got started! I too watch all the solo female rv-ers videos!!! I will look forward to Deb’s Corner and what you have to share!🧡
Great! Thank you and I’m excited about all the content I can make.❤️
@@debsrvservices yes! I hope to meet you when I’m in AZ!
Ok! Are you going to Quartzite?
Great story.. I think adding your story, Inspection videos, and even camping areas, will work all on this single platform. Will help. Thanks Don from N. CA
Thanks Don!!
Awesome…just the fact that you are a solo full timer choosing to make a living via the RV services is inherently interesting. I think you are so much more than your job. -- “hat girl” from FMCA 🤗
Yes I really appreciate the history of people out there. I also am from Michigan. Air Force brat so we traveled a lot. Now that I am retired have a travel bucket list. Thank you. Might need you in the future for inspections.
Absolutely! I will be back in MI next year.
I am living in North Florida now. Have older animals that I have to care for before I sell. Stay safe with the craziness out there.
Yes to Deb’s Corner!!
Thank you!!!🙏
You’re extremely talented. This video was great! So do what ever makes you happy bc you’re a natural & I’m so happy you came into my life❤ what ever way you decide-make the BEST out of it ………..& you’ll have GREAT SUCCESS 😘
Thank you so much! I appreciate your kind words and encouragement!❤️
Looking forward to Deb"s corner!❤ I am hoping to start traveling within the next year! I would love to see your outdoor travels!
Awesome! I will be working on lots of good content. Thank you!
Great video, think this is an awesome idea. Your videos are very informative. Would love see more about being on the road.
Absolute yes on Deb's Corner, and I agree with others that you can just add it to this channel. I enjoy your RV inspection content, but I also find it very interesting to learn how and why other people decide to follow the RV lifestyle. I'm planning to sell my house this coming Spring and hitting the road for as long as I can so any advice/knowledge I can glean from your videos will be helpful. Thanks!
You got it!! Thank you so much!
Yes..Deb’s corner is great!
Thanks!!
The corner sounds like a good idea. Go for it!
Thanks!
Yeah i have no problem with your personal adventures mixed in with the tech. Variety is the spice of life. 🍻
Great thanks!!
Deb I loved hearing your story! Give us more.
Ok😊😊😊
Looking forward to seeing your show!
Haha! Thanks Brian!!
Really enjoyed hearing how you got started that’s amazing keep up the good great work that you do
Thank you!
Please continue, this is great!
Ok! Thank you❤️
Yes for Deb’s Corner
❤️
I just found your channel and love hearing about your story. I enjoy your content on both RV inspection and Deb’s Corner and am happy to follow both whether you separate it into 2 channels or keep it one.
Thank you and welcome to the channel!😊
As a solo woman traveler I am always interested in other women’s stories. Please keep doing this type of video as well as your inspections. I hope we meet on the road sometime.
Great! I hope so too❤️
I enjoyed this video very much. Please continue it. Best regards from New Hampshire.
Thank you!!!
I love your content now. I’d love to see you add to it. It’s all you anyway and you are interesting and inspiring 😊
Thank you!!
Love it! You shine ☀️❤
Thank you❤️❤️
Deb’s corner 👍
I enjoyed the video. I will follow however you deliver the videos. Thanks
Awe thanks!!!
You're quite an inspiration!🙂🙏
Wow Deb! You are an inspiration 😊. I’m ready for a new chapter myself- just need to figure out how to make a living on the road. Xoxoxo
Haha! Hi Jimmy, I know you!! Thank you❤️
I'm getting ready too.
I'd like both subjects all in one channel since its all related.
Great! I appreciate the feedback.
Deb’s Corner is a great idea!
Thank you!
I dream of RVing full time. I’d watch both channels.
Thank you!!
I'm interested in you continuing "Deb's Corner" on this channel. However I will sub to wherever you decide to put it. Best wishes.
Thank you!!
I vote yes for Deb's corner!
Yay! Thank you!
You need options, it's not a simple decision. Weave the content into the current channel so you can develop the idea further until you get a firm view on where you would like to take the second channel. The 1 channel doesn't have that much content to begin with so it would be easy to add a little more content to it. Mix it up on the new topics for Debs Corner idea and let some doors open after you've experimented for 6 months or more. When adding products and channels business wise, take some time to build your plan/idea....sloooooow.
Thank you!!
Deb, I recently stumbled onto your channel and subscribed. I think a woman's presence on the technical side can be a real power-house. Especially with more and more women entering the RV life. I vividly recall your professionalism and hard work on the inspection you performed for me (e.g. up at 4:30 am writing your report). I thoroughly enjoy your non-threatening, low-key approach to the inspection and maintenance aspect. The periodic inclusion of some personal aspects would be a great complement to your existing channel and purvey an even greater reason to utilize your inspection service. Just some thoughts. Bill
Thank you and I appreciate you following me all this time. I have had wonderful clients like you and it makes me happy to provide the services. Thanks for encouraging me to continue this as well.
This was great!!! I will definitely be subscribing if you create a separate channel for Deb’s Corner. ❤
Thank you!!
Yes to Deb’s corner. I love to camp but I don’t think I would want to full time. I do enjoy watching videos on TH-cam that different full timers put out though. I find them very interesting & informative. My daughter in law is also a physical therapy assistant.
Sometimes watching others is good enough🤣 Camping is a wonderful way to get a way.
Do whatever makes you happy!
Thank you! 😊
Love the idea both in one spot, I'm planning on buying a Nash 17k next year. Just part-time for me I work with computers so I can work on the raod. From Michigan and hammock camp too.
Ooooh nice! Are you from Wixom? Your handle makes me think that🤣 I had the warbonnet hammock. I sold all that but I do keep another hammock for lounging now.
Absolutely start another channel. I would love to know how you downsized...if you keep a storage unit. I have many family items that I don't want to part with and I'm curious what others have done. Thank you for sharing your story.
Thank you and great topic to discuss in a video😊
New to the channel, and I like what I see so far. I too am interested in origins to get out on the road. Looking forward to my someday.
Awesome and welcome! I appreciate the feedback.
Long time subscriber here - I say Double Down Deb! I like your how to and inspection videos but I also would like for you to share your personal life and travel related content. Try to incorporate a little of each even it makes the videos 10 - 15 minutes longer. You are a people person ~ people like you.
Thanks so much! I love the “double down Deb” comment🤣 Good idea too on incorporating both.
HI Deb. I have had this question for you for a while... and maybe you answered it in a video I have not seen. But how did you pay for the tech school? NRVTA is quite pricey... I just have a hard time with the cost. Another question... do you stay busy with the inspections? I know this video was on personal, but I had the info in my head and decide to just ask. Thank you for sharing. I am good with both info on one or 2 channels. Like the Deb's Corner title. Thanks again.
I used a credit card then paid it off. It gets more expensive each year. No, I am not always busy. It comes and goes in waves. Sometimes it depends on your location too. It is good to have a back up source of income.
Thank you for telling your story. I am 61 and so tired of all the bills coming. Taxes, insurance, A/C repairs, Pool maintenance.. it just never EVER ends!! What you said about a house is so true!! You said you went to RV inspection school? Never knew there was one. Sounds interesting. More women need to do this. Anyway. I like videos about people doing what they do, but the technical inspections are boring to me.. Your life, your travels, the people you meet, maybe a story about an inspection. That's interesting to me.
Great! Yes, I have a good friend that told me if I talked more about my life and experiences she would watch. Haha! I totally get it and I was always stressed when I had my home. Thank you for commenting.
Morning Deb, Hard for me to get started on a realistic comment,
The difficulty for me is that there's no technical input to help, and I guess that's my thing.
About opening up your personal life, yes, as we age we have a desire to offer up our life's wisdom, but it's not for everybody.
Be careful and stay safe,,,,,
Ahhhhh! Well Mike I will keep creating content for you to help as well. I will see how it goes with both types of videos and make a decision to branch off if it makes sense. I’m getting into the season where a bunch of techs are in Arizona and I’m going to do some shadowing to film. I will also get involved in fixing things again. Stay tuned! I appreciate your comments!!
@@debsrvservices Don't worry, I'll still be around,
You have to experiment with content, you never know it might be great!
We'll see,,, take care,
Wow, I am a PTA now and getting ready to retire. How surprising!!
Oh cool! What setting are you in? I dabbled in all of them but mostly homecare.
My vote is for the single channel. I'll be honest with you, if there's a video that doesn't interest me I skip it and wait for the next. Not just with your channel but all the channels I'm subscribed to. You're not going to please everyone with every video, but I find I miss more when TH-camrs have more than one channel. Just my 2 cents.
Great and thanks for being honest. I’m the same way and don’t watch every video from those I’m subscribed to.
I like Deb's Corner, good idea. I think it would be better separate from your business.
Thank you!
Rename your new channel 'Deb's Dirty Secrets!' & watch it blow up! 🤯
Seriously, I'd watch it no matter what you called it.
I fantasize about some rich RVer buying up Lazy Daze & staying faithful to how well they were built.
I'd love to create some new floor plans for Lazy Daze myself. I do hope they come back _somehow._
lol!!! That is so true! I could really gain some traction if I named it that. One thing I want to do is take out one of my couches. I want to create more storage and a counter at that spot. I don’t use one of the couches. I wish they would come back too.
@@debsrvservices My favorite storage (besides a full length closet) is the buffet/credenza. The one with all the extra wall cabinets around & under the dinette. Best dual office space ever.
