Most Bobcats are made in Czech Republic and the metric system works internationally. Inches etc. are just for the USA, so it doesn't make sense to measure in inches when you're a global player like Bobcat.

I know this comment is late, but the answer is in the channel name. Bobcat EMEA. EMEA stands for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. They converted the measurements for the market this video was intended for.
