great video! TAS actually stands for "true air speed", and serves as a measure of the aircraft's speed relative to the ground, as opposed to IAS "indicated air speed", which measures the aircraft's speed relative to the surrounding air. IAS to my knowledge is not available in Enlisted, but the general rule of thumb is TAS is more useful navigationally and IAS is more useful for ACM, or air combat maneuvers, as it gives you a better bead on your energy state and what sort of maneuvers your plane can afford to make.
Once you fix your controls on console, flying is so easy and fun. You can really dominate or save your team as a pilot. Especially if you know the map and how to angle drops
@@christopherwestern9223 im on series X, and go to settings. I have mine setup like how i use to fly in battlefield: break is left trigger, hard air break is left bumper, acceleration is right trigger, D pad down is drop payload, right bumper is HVAR rockets, D-pad right is for up & down of wheels. Left stick is for tail, right stick is movement….after i set up my controls, unless the enemy team is working hard to kll me, i can get easily 80-100 klls. Even worst if i play console only 😂
@@mrsanatra1 thank for the help, I have mine set up like an RC plane controller (cus I fly them as a hobby), I don't know how people using buttons for control. I'll give it a shot.
Flying planes is so simple in enlisted. Fly, line up the lower sight depending on the load and release some liberty or Communism. I only get pissed at pilots who either crash after dropping when we are attacking or if they bring tier 1 to tier 3+
The biggest problem i have is that the controls don't work the same way as in War Thunder, that would help a lot (unless I'm missing something [I'm on ps4]). And the other big thing is that no one seems to mark the tanks. I can't hit what i can't see. Like, i know a tank is hidden underneath a group of trees, but where in that group of trees?
yeh, some people mark, some don't, I just stopped asking. When I am on the ground, I mark as much as I can. When flying, I just use the "V" key move sights around and press V, marking to see if I mark one, usually do most of the time, depending on team mates to mark is sometimes a waste of time. Mark your own, Keep pressing V key, till you find it.
hello my friend! I am just starting out and I've watched a couple of your videos, I really enjoy them! I love your voice and your way of talking my friend! I do have one question though, I am wanting to buy a premium battlepass gun for my USA faction, they cost 750 gold each. I cannot decide on the W.A.R or the T20E1, and I hope for your opinion. Thank you my friend.
I love the W.A.R. I have 4 of them, LOVE them. I don't have a T20 yet, but I used in Practice Mode, I will stick with the W.A.R. machine gun, it is great weapon
I will normally wate till target tank/apc is about 1/4 to 1/2 size of the aiming circle b4 I drop, but angle and terrain can effect this. Hope that helps.
There's no such thing as what distance it has everything to do with how fast your going and can maneuver the plane some planes are way faster and can drop em like 10 feet off the ground and others are so slow you have to wait 20 minutes to drop em
Infront of the target. This game has “gravity” so if you are coming in fast, dont over drop a payload. 2 of the easiest ways to hit a target: 1-drop infront of the target (since enemies push forward they will either fall back and get got or sit there and get got) or 2- fly over the targeg and dive bomb, which is risky due to “gravity” but AA’s cant reach you and tanks are oblivious

"I never fly." Has every plane
Tracers actually correspond to nations, as the Germans use green, while the West/Soviets uses red.

Okay but bringing the Chaika to BRIII is hilarious
Yes but IAR to br5 is crazy

Very good friends 🎉
if you are still finding it hard to use bombs on allies and at a low BR: use the SBD (you dont have to aim much with the 1k bomb)
You better have 20000k subs before 2025
Getting all these controls to work on the console is difficult, but it is possible.

I've not used the WAR sorry, the T20E1 is basically the same as the T20 you can get at Tier 5 already, so its not really worth it imo.

I heard on a video you can drop about 200m and pull up. Use the flag as a rough reference
I mostly eyeball it sorry, I would say 300 to 200 meters is when you want to drop. Max accuracy and enough time to pull out of the dive.
did you win that first game? (the Moscow one where they had 64 reinforcements)
I won my first three matches and had 60+ kills in each of them, had a 5.33 K/D after those first 3.
Yeah we won 😎
