As a local, I say such a shame you didn’t do the wilderness cruise and visit to Sarah Island at Strahan . You had perfect conditions and I’d recommend it to everyone considering a visit to Strahan. That aside, great itinerary and you visited a few eateries I haven't been to. I enjoy watching tourist videos as I always learn about places I should go to! I hope you appreciate how lucky you were to see platypus - many Australians have never seen one.
Thank you! We really wanted to book the Strahan cruise but were short on time. If we get a chance to visit again, it’s definitely at the top of our list!
So beautiful... How amazing is Tasmania?!!! We're set for our second trip over this December and your video has got me so excited to see it all again! May even take my snorkeling gear because Bicheno looks pretty darn inviting
Thanks! Yeah, it was the Crusin’ 6 Berth. Regarding timing, 10 days was good but 2 weeks would have been preferred so that we could have spent more time in some of our favorite stops. Good luck with your trip planning! Cheers
Thank you! Driving the camper took some getting used to but overall made for a good experience. We actually booked all campsites in advance - most were full so I’d recommend booking ahead of time if possible. Hope you enjoy your trip! Cheers

I was nearly cleaned up by one of these tourist vans at the Eastern approaches to the Tasman Bridge. They ignored the red light that was facing them and sailed on through without a care in the world. Their rear door step was down, which would be an expensive fix if they had of got too close to a pole or post. I was past caring, by that stage. It would appear that any dude with a car licence can drive these little trucks around Tassie without any training or assessment.

Great video and awesome road trip.Shame about the weather at Cradle mountain.
Thanks! We really enjoyed it, so many great hikes in Tassie. Yeah, the weather was challenging at Cradle Mountain, so definitely made it an adventure!
Very cool. Gf is cute!
10 days would give you a glimpse, that's all.
Agreed, there is so much to do and explore in Tasmania!
Better a glimps than nothing at all. I cann,t travel anymore and get a glimp from a few glimps. Thankfull for it. ❤
Thank you.
Great video thanks ! Was that the 6 berth or 4? Also do you feel 10 days was enough ?? Looking at doing a very similar trip 😎
Cheers mate

Thanks for the feedback 👍
Awesome video. How did you find the driving with camper? Easy finding Parks when visiting places. Debating hiring a car and staying in B&Bs.

Hi. great video. can you tell me what month you were there? thx
well it was gold so i'd say either june or july
I am planning to visit in december. Wondering if the weather will be too warm?
The weather in Tasmania can vary quite a bit, even during the summer months, so it can be tough to plan for.
when did you go to TAS, as I am planning to go during end of June? a bit curious about weather!!!
This video was taken in April 2022. The weather in Tassie is a bit unpredictable, but I’d imagine that June would be on the colder side!
Great video. How much did you pay for that van?

Do you have the itinerary for the trip that you can share?
Sorry, I don’t have an itinerary written out for this trip. Hopefully the video helps!
What did it cost for your RV rental? As we are considering doing the same thing
