8:08 If you ever listen to a song again and think it's bad, just remember what this mess sounds like... I love your videos and I thank the algorithm for recommending your channel to me!
Hope you all enjoyed the video. I know the format is different but felt like doing something a bit different. Also, let me know if you want to see more videos like this, because I'm not running out of shovelware anytime soon.
Iron Chef is like Burgertime! Why are the drag racer's wheels stuck in the ground!? And, I think Roller Coaster Funfare was meant to be a pun, as in it's a selection of gaming fare, like a food selection of Italian fare!
I'm amazed at how small your channel is compared to the quality of your content! You're making great videos and I'm sure you'll see some great growth. Very entertaining throughout. Great job!
A lot of Phoenix games are actually really expensive due to how rare physical copies are. I think Ocean Commander was only ever released in the UK and Italy, which is why it's so expensive.
it was actually also released in north america, but only on the wii and it wasn't published by phoenix games. the price for the wii version is only about 8-15 dollars.
Something about Phoenix Games and shovelware from this era in general is super eerie to me. With all the weird stock-music and cheap designs those games have this kind of liminal space vibe about them that you would expect from the beginning of a creepypasta.
Ocean Commander also has a Wii version, so at least the aiming can be so much better there with the Wii Remote. But, how funny, I knew Ocean Commander well enough, I just never expected it to be made by "them".
I remember playing Ocean Commander on the Wii as a kid. Now that I know how horrible Phoenix Games were, thinking about how I used to own a game from one of the worst video game companies ever makes me feel a little weird.
There are some games from Phoenix Games that are missing, and from what you've missed, I can recommend playing Turbo Trucks, White Van Racer and RC Toy Machines.
Combat Ace and that other one Space Rebellion aren't the only ones that existed; there was another one called AIR RAID 3. Which is the EXACT. SAME. THING. Except has the song from Dead Eye Jim or Sniper Assault.
Ocean Commander might be a clone of Heavy Weapon I think, since the game hugely reminds me of Heavy Weapon game from PopCap Games. Still looks like a good game though despite my suspicions in terms of its originality.
City of heroes and city of villains, by or published by phoenix games, closed down online mmos like dc universe online, fan servers like for toontown exist

I am dumbfounded at the price of ocean commander…

You should do one for Stellar Stone that is the infamous developer behind Big Rigs Over The Road Racing.
As someone who owns a copy of Moto X Maniac I can say: no it's not your emulator.

They published Touge 3 over here too as Road Rage 3 surprisingly fun game
Phoenix was a weird one. They were part British/Dutch and had offices based in Birmingham and Amsterdam.
Surprised Pinocchiooooooooooooooooo had voice actors and wasn't just a neverending comic sans scroll.
it only had ONE voice actor and i'm pretty sure it was one of the devs

Nice now can you do the team 6 version of this series
Can't wait to play Tesco Ice Racing
Taxi 3: Extreme Rush can be a good shout

I had to miss out on a lot of their games because the sheer number of Phoenix games is staggering.
Ocean Commander had a Wii and DS port outside Europe, but the DS version is just simply Underwater Attack.
Combat Ace and that other one Space Rebellion aren't the only ones that existed; there was another one called AIR RAID 3. Which is the EXACT. SAME. THING. Except has the song from Dead Eye Jim or Sniper Assault.

crabby adventure is just a rip off of zuma
Crazy adventure looks like something you play on big fish games… can anyone tell me what the Egyptian version of this game is called?
Crabby Adventure / Zuma!
AVGN is gonna have a field day with these crappy games; Phoenix Games' games are so bad they LJN games look good by comparison
I think Caddicarus famously already did that
City of heroes and city of villains, by or published by phoenix games, closed down online mmos like dc universe online, fan servers like for toontown exist
I don't even think if phoenix games published any games by criterion games it would still be a crap game because its publish by phoenix games
The Digital Homicide of the Playstation
Laughably awful, quite the 'fun' cluster of games lol
Yeah Phoenix definitely went with the quantity over quality approach when it came to their games.
why are there so many racing that sucks?
My best guess is that making/re-skinning these types of games was the easiest for Phoenix, but I'm not entirely sure.
Road Rage 3 is actually good
All those games were made low budgetly wat can u except 😂
Wait until you get into Data Design games
