The sheer power of this performance is beyond amazing! Marks blistering guitar playing, Mel’s thunderous bass line and the pounding of Don on the drums is epic on the grandest scale!!! Long Live Their Music!!!

It's a very long time since I was in a Grand Funk Railroad gig, one of the best bands from the USA, along with Steppenwolf, Mountain, Sir Lord Baltimore, Manilla Road, Bloodrock, MC5, Vanilla Fudge, Iron Butterfly, Creedence Clearwater Revival ............ they made of the 70s hard rock and roll scene something extraordinary with their sound ........... great rock times that hardly can be matched by bands of today.

What I admired about Mark Farner was that he was one of the very few guitar players worldwide that never had to have his eyes on his fingers and guitar while playing. Mark the extraordinaire guitarist doing his this thing. Millions of guitar player's past, present and future have to ALWAYS keep their eyes on the guitar and their fingers while they play. Mark Farner Was Grand Funk Railroad With A Style All His Own.

Anyway, that's a super observation I' ve never seen in a guitar player, AND you are right. Congrats.
