this is charger??? sure if you want to erode the battery capacity and shorten its life. This is a single-mode very crude charger. A proper charger has three modes.
You seem to be unable to understand that different battery chemistries need different charging approaches. A Li-ion battery is very different compared to a lead-acid battery.
