@@linnazhu3083 Hi! I would write about something you are passionate about. I wrote my Hopkins specific essay on my love of math. From the ages of 11-18 I spent my summers teaching myself math ranging from Algebra 1 to Multivariable calculus. From the ages of 13-18, during the summer I taught myself math while also taking care of my younger brother. If you write about a topic that truly excites you, your love of the topic and a part of who you are will shine through your essay allowing the reader to understand your personality. Hope this helped :)

Everything said about this university's culture is completely false. This is the best research school in the country. That attracts people that only want to focus on academics. There is no fun in this school. You want fun, go to Dartmouth.
