Haven't lived in the UK for a long time, but there's something special about the countryside, and more so with all the history blended in. You do it great justice.

There's always going to be walkers vs cyclists lol I love cycling that track from Bakewell to Blackwell, if only everyone kept to the left so that cyclists could pass on the right , but walkers walk many abreast, and cyclists in a group do too. I've been moaned at for using my bell and not using my bell so I can't win either way 😢 Last time I was at Miller's Dale they were mid renovating both the shed and the viaduct. The shed seems like just an empty shell, hopefully there's future plans for better use of it (maybe put an old loco in there?) Those kilns are like a sci fi film location, impressive as they loom into view. Learned alot on this video - thanks 👍🏻 (same for the Peak tramway video too, just didn't know what comment to leave 😅)

Thanks mate! No I get it. I've cycled the route too. It's just the bell sound. Lol. Goes right through me! One great takeaway was the number of families and kids out walking or on their bikes, though. Great to see. Not a tablet in sight!

The gorge walk near there is lovely too.
The walkers/cyclists raised the money to build the path and clear the tunnel, so it’s only fair that they have a say in it.

Nice Video the scenery wow and the history 👏 👌 brilliant o yeh the bike bells, if can hear them they are doing the JoB! silent bells wouldn't be any good would they now, i was walkin along the Regents canal a few years back and cyclists every few minutes a nightmare the speed i am sure if steped in way you would be seriously injured the speed they go and not many had a bell should be made law.
    Great video cheers 🍻

It isn't, no. I should put some of my own tunes in though.

@IckeWalks yes absolutely... me and the hub use "remember who you are" as are wee motivation tune... just sing the line out randomly in shops/banks etc when good moral decisions need made lol.... Links to where your music can be purchased too maybe... we both love your voice, and you're gifted to be able to communicate the alternative message through music... don't let it go or unestimate it's reach and value. You've helped us more than you'll ever know this past few years. Thank you 💛

Possibly not the 'Victorians'. There is a lot of research in these olde worlde builds--Greco Romano architecture all over the Earth---same style. Same people. Same Humanity. Giants. Not along ago. If you want to learn more check out these guys: Jon Levi. Paul Cook. Wise Up. Divergent. Conspiracy R Us. Nicky B. Rebel without a Pause. Mind Unveiled etc. There is so much info surfacing. Please check it out. Will blow your mind. Much love x :)

I agree there's plenty to ponder on of the Old World.
Michelle Gibson stands out to me her opinions on circuit board earth, an the idea or notion that much of the Railway jargon or language has a strong interaction with Electrical circuitry even down to the colourway of Live, negative an earth are replicated in or on underground maps, a terminal being in both domains a connection or connecting point, or end of line, junction interconnecting line or convergence there's many more, I like Jon Levi too he's funny an often declares he doesn't know anything just throwing out ideas an opinions which I'm of that position too, there's a lot of train tracks an stations around the world that are grander than the area appeared to require, static in the attic has read a lot it seams an has often good book references.
It's the Star Forts that get me every time it's like I recognise the shapes like snowflakes they resonate a lot but then perhaps they where Frequency Forts often in this country explained away as Saxon Ramparts often built in to the sea an still robustly standing today all great stuff!
Michelle Gibsons done quite a few on old Railway lines and underground an trams, I remember seeing postcards of train bridges an raised railroad in Germany from the pre 1900 just unbelievable.
      Cheers

She's good Michelle her canal studies etc, as you say this Arena of study has grown a lot in recent years, I like also Jarid Boosters great photo collections, particularly Germany was amazeing I've a book on Francis Friths photos loads of great buildings full of tech an cupolas and domes, I'm finding going out in our own locality an I keep comeing across remnants of old tech stuff on Towers and gables of old schools an Grand houses.
I'm enjoying Gareth's walks, glad I stumbled across his chanel humorous banter.
      Cheers

There's a book called the Devil's Mill also based off Litton.
