I bought on three months ago in London, put 30 pounds of petrol drove down to Southampton and around Southampton anput 20 pounds in her and drove to Liverpool to cath the ferry home to Belfast ,great car had two bars on petrol clock I wish I had one before
Omg! Thank God I found your comment. I have been freaking out because I am going to get one on Tuesday from Luton to bring to Belfast. Just been feeling unsure if it would make the long journey..till I bumps into your comment. How long did the journey take you?
I own a 451 diesel and I don't need high acceleration, I regularly get 65 plus MPG so the price of diesel is not big a deal. Plus it is great fun to drive.
To small for what? Not an ideal vehicle for a builder or plumber to do their job, perfectly adequate for one or two people to commute to work or do a bit of shopping.

Never buy a car from Birmingham, very dodgy!!
the main problem is theres no sump plug, but u can buy after market sumps with them
I got mine from there, amazing car, cheap to run 😊
I’m in the US and have a 05 passion Mercedes smart. (Gray market) in need of a water pump. Any idea how or where to get one?
FWIW the 700cc engine in the Brabus ForTwo (and the 80bhp Roadster, same engine) is much longer lived than the standard ForTwo engine.
Im looking to buy a smart car probably a 2008 one any comments?
Yes for sure 👍
Did you say, naught point 8 diesel? Is this an engine available for this car only, or other models of these tiny cars?
its available in 450 and 451 generation :)
It’s Jason Momoa! You could get work as his double!
My first thought!
How are you getting 70+ miles/gallon? The max I ever have achieved was 61 out of both my 2001(0.6) and 2005 (0.7) fortwo's.
69 I get
I got 80 MPG with diesel (3.5 l/100km)
To get 70mpg do long journeys at modest speeds and use the manual gear shift option rather than the fully automatic mode.
@@milanjovanovic6259 That's about right. I drove mine for over 160000km all over Europe... loved it.
@@pierrebuffiere5923 I drove from south of Serbia to Nordkapp (northernmost point of Europe) and back in 14 days (8500km)
Nice video!!
