Mustard Oil Extraction. |Still in Use|

The cold pressed oil extraction method dates back to Indus valley civilisation. In this centuries old technique the seeds are slowly crushed to extract oil naturally and without heating or use of chemicals. In some villages of Punjab, Pakistan some primitive mills are still in use where bulls or donkeys are used to rotate wooden rollers for the extraction of oil.
