It looks like the book mark is inspired by Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Faeries. I haven't read it so I didn't know there was a dog as a prominent character :p but the packaging says its inspiration.
Beautiful book and I loved the pin, but otherwise those items weren’t worth the cost of the box. What a let down. I might be in the minority but I’m not a fan of doing companion bookmarks as the new ongoing specialty. They’re really pretty, but we get so many in every box.
