They should make a video where they first show the assholish behavior and then show a WG employee, locking them out of their accounts, selling all their tanks and transferring all the silver (and gold from sold premiums) to the victim. Message would be sent loud and clear: not only assholes get punished but victims get rewarded at the expense of assholes.

With that Arty platoon I would of just stopped moving. Just sat there and let them do whatever they wanted. and just sat there. They want a response, I wouldn't of given it to them.

That's the best attitude to do against a troll, no doubt, but... I'm an arty player, and the usual is the OPPOSITE of what we just saw at the video. ~10% of my games consists in being griefed, telling the team what's going on, and being apart of the main game (obviously, I can't help the team, as I'm being pushed/rammed/shotted).

Ok, so after watching that replay with the FV304s and thinking about it I've got some advice for anybody who might find themselves in that situation. Lead them to the enemy, the bulk of their forces if possible, hope the enemy goes for them and not you, if not, atleast ya don't have to deal with them anymore and can go play another game, if the enemy does go for them try to use that as a way to get away from them while the enemy hopefully rips them to shreds and then if their dead go about playing your game, if not and they continue to bother you, try it again and hope they don't wise up to it. And I know that there's always a possibility that they will wise up on the first go and just let you run into the enemy team all by yourself, but even if that happens atleast ya probably won't have to deal with that particular group again, even more so if ya record and report them.
Best thing you can probaply do when arseholes like these FV304 drivers doing this is to make yourself a nice cup of coffee and just wait the match out. You will deny them their fun and won't get frustrated yourself.
I'm just worried that they'd just move on and go after someone else. I don't like just giving my problems to other people, and they would just move on until they find someone who gives them what they want. Contain the plague. Make it so that only you suffer from it.

The autoban system for friendly fire needs some rework. Once my platoon mate (in kv4) got shot, on purpose, by an obj 704 player (cause the kv4 was sidescraping and the 704 wanted that position badly...) for 900 HP which is over 60% of kv4s hp. On the other hand when I was driving my chaffee (in a different game ofc) and had a chance to snipe without being spotted (spotting my target myself) I kept shooting, suddenly a "friendly" tiger 2 got next to me and started popping in and out going straight in my line of fire (I was in sniper mode), I kept shooting to finish off my target and he kept going into the line of fire which ended up in one damaging shot, one broken track and two bounces (4 hits in total). Few minutes later, in the cleanup phase I spotted arty, stopped and started shooting (in sniper mode), suddenly, a wild skoda t25 pops straight into my line of fire at the same moment I fired the gun which caused me to hit him. This sequence of accidental hits got me autobanned for an hour. Aforementioned obj 704 haven't even turned blue IIRC... This is bullshit, isn't it?
to sum up: 200 dmg total and damaged track to 2 friendly tanks against 900 dmg with one shot to 1 friendly tank. 1st case - 1hr autoban 2nd case - nothing...

wargaming should add a system where it asks the TK'er teammates is he actually doing it or not, if he IS doing it everyone click a button yes or no. if most of them sayed yes that tker will be blue, if no than that player will not be blue and take no dmg penalty, it should've been a life safer for the T34/100 if that system is added
i feel like that kind of a system could be too easily abused for someone you didn't like, incidental ramming such as start of the battle, or on things like accidental damage where someone rolls in front and is angry and people just say yes not knowing what they are saying yes too since may not be witnesses to the griefing/team killing or simply to troll.
@@calebduke7071 he tried that and their response was to put one FV in front of him and block/constantly force redirections so they chose where he went so he couldn't use the gun at all on legitimate targets.
The most frustrating thing is, that when he TKed the FV and turned blue, his own team started to shoot at him. Really those buggers.... btw i believe if u stop and they ram you, its their fault so you should not get the penalty... it is usually what happens me in LT when i try to get thru traffic, i get listed a team dmg when i scratch something as i was going too fast..

Who would have thought that artillery would punish people trying to spot and break a camp, punishing campers? nope, punishing aggressive gameplay. Artillery causes camping and did it by repeatedly taking out the enemies who were threatening to spot them.
about the obj 140 replay, He didn't get surrounded in the field because his platoonmate was with him, since he was there they both focussed on one flank. This allows him to use this position effectively and only showing his front turret to the enemy.
For the last replay. You really need to have all the RNG stars to align. You need to platoon with other good players. This will make your XVM chance to win higher which throws off the other team and makes a few of them give up or talk shit. Then you need bad enemy players who don't know how to react to aggressive plays like this. I mean sure it was a good game but that shit doesn't happen often believe me I know.
That T-34/100 did a serious mistake. He kept feeding the trolls. If that happens to you, just back into a corner and go AFK. If you are fast enough, you could also run to the enemies
Not sure how it is by now, but the automatic system was supposed to punish the player who initiates the ram by judging the individual speeds. So he *should* have been fine. Instead he was playing right into their hands, kept moving, showed in chat how annoyed he was... rookie mistakes.
Anyone else getting a headache from the E-50M player zooming in and out all the time? Why not use shift? It's so much more effective and easy on the eyes and you're seconds faster every time you want to shoot someone...
Because the shift button simply does not work with my muscle memory or brain, I always go back to zooming. I have tried to utilize the shift method but never end up sticking with it because even though its faster it effects my gameplay negatively. It takes me longer to process where im aiming in the zoomed mode after pressing shift than if i scroll, it also screws with my situational awareness as I like zooming around to look around myself and have learned to used that in combination with my aiming etc. I am able to use the zoom very effectively due to fast reaction time etc and am still unicum anyway. I think people who use the shift its the other way around basically their brain likes that method and it comes natural to them where zooming does not. its a strange thing but everyone is different. TLDR : My brain does not like the shift to zoom and I always naturally go back to using my scroll to aim or look around.
I only do the light tank thing on campanovka in my Cromwell. but that thing is like a beefed up chaffee. I love it to bits. A perfect position to a perfect camper
IDK about the player in the replay but i also do the random quick zoom in and outs. I use it as a way for me to keep active while a match is going. It keeps me quicker on my reflexes and reactions. I use it almost as a zen state for playing the game when I am real into it. Just my personal 2 cents.
Brendon Gold gave you a good answer. It's basically the same thing that people do when boxing or fencing too. By keeping constantly in motion and changing perspective, you can skip a bit of your normal reaction time (Basically because you are already ready to act, you just need the trigger. You don't need to get ready, like you otherwise would have to). Takes some time to get used to it though.
Brad Rolim Arty is already getting it's huge revamp in the Sandbox. Who knows? You might be qualified to join and give your input. It may not be happening soon, but the days one-shots in the engine deck will be a thing of the past.

As arty, if the entire team goes hill on Malinovka, my preferred spot is d-e0 if on southern spawn (keep that ridge to your left and bushes in front of you) or a5 (the forest, not the clumps of trees further up the hill) on northern spawn. Sometimes I'll go there anyways, you gain accuracy and shorter lead times in exchange for loss some of the angles you get further back and less time to react if the hill goes pear shaped..
This was just in my recommended jingles lol. for a while iv wanted team damage and open chat back. but this is why team damage wont ever return. please do more of these :)
Just proves how rigged the RNG is. I miss my fully aimed shots with accurate guns like the Panther and such if I don't wait for the gun to aim I'd probably hit the teammates behind me for full HP ammo racks unlike those 1 HP enemy ammo racks. And those FV304s are a disgrace for the arty players and I mean the real arty players NOT the "sleep and suicide" ones.
The problem also exists on console, except we can't team kill or damage. There is alot of belligerent play on console, players just barging others out the way instead of changing direction or pausing etc. Certain tanks seem to attract such players, mainly heavies and big TD's. My response to such behavior is to suicide or AFK. I have reported such players but nothing ever happens. My philosophy now is to just block players that behave that way and move on to the next battle.
If you have a clear case of team kill, please make a video and report it. There might be a threshold to reports, ie. the first two reports per months might be discarded, and only the third acted upon. Be that third report and punish the guy.

The thing about good players is they tend to think that this level of play is normal to them but what is normal to you can be crazy good to others. Given that the vast majority of players are not at this level in wot then to all of them this kind of thing looks amazing. but to us we are like.. but this is normal?

Huge crew skills and tank capablities enable him to make those super accurate snap shots. If you had those things going for you i.e. super accurate snap shots (just count them) you would be doing pretty well to.
Also one of the most broken tank tech trees in the game. Soviet medium, does 50 less alpha than a NATO tank, but fires faster, moves faster, has hull armour and the turrets are almost impossible to pen. Yes, balance friend.

If you looked at his stats you would see that Marks are not the most accurate indication of skill. He has 2k wn8 and a recent of 2,7k wn8. So he is not a bad player.
This is another reason why I love fast tanks...you can outrun people trying to push you around, and if necessary drive to the enemy and try to get them to kill the 304s...
You don't necessarily need scouts in Malinovka to take the hill. It only takes for players (be it HT or MT) to make up their minds go straight there. But more often than not even IF more than one player decides to go to the hill, as soon as somebody on enemy team gets spotted they stop dead in their tracks, their "mine! mine! mine!" mentality turns on and they all try to snipe. Then, after several minutes are lost, they remember "hey, weren't we supposed to go to that hill few summers back?". Only to find out that they are being spotted as they climb. And they are spotted by welcoming commitee when finally making to the hill. Because enemy team fails to take crucial positions much less often than yours.
that lemming train happens to me all the time. it's always left to me and my friend to hold one side of the map. to make things even worse it's always the side where you know most of the enemy are going down
watching the last clip was really top notch, and really makes me hate myself for not being capable of a fraction of that, Usually I know my way around and have decent matches (though lately less so due to spending less time and possibly the game running away from my PC specs and it becoming old) I Know I'll never be as good as that, yet I Know from watching these kind of clips that I Should be a lot better at what I am doing which just frustrates me, while loving to watch them

I would've headed in the direction of the enemy and the used them as meatshields before attempting to get away once they all died.

wargaming should add a system where it asks the TK'er teammates is he actually doing it or not, if he IS doing it everyone click a button yes or no. if most of them sayed yes that tker will be blue, if no than that player will not be blue and take no dmg penalty, it should've been a life safer for the T34/100 if that system is added
It's a useful feature, but how many people do you think would take the time to answer that question?

well, everyone is blind if they didnt see that T34/100 is being harrased by those FV's
i feel like that kind of a system could be too easily abused for someone you didn't like, incidental ramming such as start of the battle, or on things like accidental damage where someone rolls in front and is angry and people just say yes not knowing what they are saying yes too since may not be witnesses to the griefing/team killing or simply to troll.
Jingles, you do WoT a great service with your videos and your willingness to help right the wrongs that you observe.
I would not have fired a single shot at those FV304s, I would have simply stopped and waited for them to get bored.
Stop, tell them you're going afk to wank, and THEN wait for them to get bored. Usually faster this way.
@@calebduke7071 he tried that and their response was to put one FV in front of him and block/constantly force redirections so they chose where he went so he couldn't use the gun at all on legitimate targets.

The most frustrating thing is, that when he TKed the FV and turned blue, his own team started to shoot at him. Really those buggers.... btw i believe if u stop and they ram you, its their fault so you should not get the penalty... it is usually what happens me in LT when i try to get thru traffic, i get listed a team dmg when i scratch something as i was going too fast..
Vokurkar thing is, the one killing the T-34 100 was the T29, which was on the enemy team

Who would have thought that artillery would punish people trying to spot and break a camp, punishing campers? nope, punishing aggressive gameplay. Artillery causes camping and did it by repeatedly taking out the enemies who were threatening to spot them.
The first game jsut highlights why Malinovka is a badly designed map.

about the obj 140 replay, He didn't get surrounded in the field because his platoonmate was with him, since he was there they both focussed on one flank. This allows him to use this position effectively and only showing his front turret to the enemy.
With those FV's doing that I would have just went afk til they got bored..

For the last replay. You really need to have all the RNG stars to align. You need to platoon with other good players. This will make your XVM chance to win higher which throws off the other team and makes a few of them give up or talk shit. Then you need bad enemy players who don't know how to react to aggressive plays like this. I mean sure it was a good game but that shit doesn't happen often believe me I know.
That T-34/100 did a serious mistake. He kept feeding the trolls. If that happens to you, just back into a corner and go AFK. If you are fast enough, you could also run to the enemies

Not sure how it is by now, but the automatic system was supposed to punish the player who initiates the ram by judging the individual speeds. So he *should* have been fine.
Instead he was playing right into their hands, kept moving, showed in chat how annoyed he was... rookie mistakes.
ramming damage depends on speed as far as i know, i mean if u take the damage yourself or the other guy gets the damage added up

Anyone else getting a headache from the E-50M player zooming in and out all the time? Why not use shift? It's so much more effective and easy on the eyes and you're seconds faster every time you want to shoot someone...

well exceptions are always there, but who needs tips like "just use mediocre methods"?
Because the shift button simply does not work with my muscle memory or brain, I always go back to zooming. I have tried to utilize the shift method but never end up sticking with it because even though its faster it effects my gameplay negatively.
It takes me longer to process where im aiming in the zoomed mode after pressing shift than if i scroll, it also screws with my situational awareness as I like zooming around to look around myself and have learned to used that in combination with my aiming etc.
I am able to use the zoom very effectively due to fast reaction time etc and am still unicum anyway. I think people who use the shift its the other way around basically their brain likes that method and it comes natural to them where zooming does not. its a strange thing but everyone is different.
TLDR : My brain does not like the shift to zoom and I always naturally go back to using my scroll to aim or look around.

I only do the light tank thing on campanovka in my Cromwell. but that thing is like a beefed up chaffee. I love it to bits. A perfect position to a perfect camper
ok, i can understand the 140s sudden 360 no-scope movement but why zoom in and out by one increment every five seconds. it seems unnecessary
IDK about the player in the replay but i also do the random quick zoom in and outs. I use it as a way for me to keep active while a match is going. It keeps me quicker on my reflexes and reactions. I use it almost as a zen state for playing the game when I am real into it. Just my personal 2 cents.

Brendon Gold gave you a good answer. It's basically the same thing that people do when boxing or fencing too. By keeping constantly in motion and changing perspective, you can skip a bit of your normal reaction time (Basically because you are already ready to act, you just need the trigger. You don't need to get ready, like you otherwise would have to).
Takes some time to get used to it though.

Nah, just find arty cover and sit there the entire game. Then you can still occasionally get a game without arty and actually enjoy playing the game.

As arty, if the entire team goes hill on Malinovka, my preferred spot is d-e0 if on southern spawn (keep that ridge to your left and bushes in front of you) or a5 (the forest, not the clumps of trees further up the hill) on northern spawn.
Sometimes I'll go there anyways, you gain accuracy and shorter lead times in exchange for loss some of the angles you get further back and less time to react if the hill goes pear shaped..

This was just in my recommended jingles lol. for a while iv wanted team damage and open chat back. but this is why team damage wont ever return. please do more of these :)
Just proves how rigged the RNG is. I miss my fully aimed shots with accurate guns like the Panther and such if I don't wait for the gun to aim I'd probably hit the teammates behind me for full HP ammo racks unlike those 1 HP enemy ammo racks.
And those FV304s are a disgrace for the arty players and I mean the real arty players NOT the "sleep and suicide" ones.
The first replay needed Bert the Avenger to liven things up. Bert solves ALL things!
The problem also exists on console, except we can't team kill or damage. There is alot of belligerent play on console, players just barging others out the way instead of changing direction or pausing etc. Certain tanks seem to attract such players, mainly heavies and big TD's. My response to such behavior is to suicide or AFK. I have reported such players but nothing ever happens. My philosophy now is to just block players that behave that way and move on to the next battle.
If you have a clear case of team kill, please make a video and report it. There might be a threshold to reports, ie. the first two reports per months might be discarded, and only the third acted upon. Be that third report and punish the guy.

The thing about good players is they tend to think that this level of play is normal to them but what is normal to you can be crazy good to others. Given that the vast majority of players are not at this level in wot then to all of them this kind of thing looks amazing. but to us we are like.. but this is normal?

That obj 140 position on the east is actually rather good if u got the turret for it and the enemy is behind the ridge and not to far up. Though I would never live through that many opponents around me as I would not have that level of awareness ^^

Huge crew skills and tank capablities enable him to make those super accurate snap shots. If you had those things going for you i.e. super accurate snap shots (just count them) you would be doing pretty well to.
Also one of the most broken tank tech trees in the game. Soviet medium, does 50 less alpha than a NATO tank, but fires faster, moves faster, has hull armour and the turrets are almost impossible to pen. Yes, balance friend.

If you looked at his stats you would see that Marks are not the most accurate indication of skill. He has 2k wn8 and a recent of 2,7k wn8. So he is not a bad player.

This is another reason why I love fast tanks...you can outrun people trying to push you around, and if necessary drive to the enemy and try to get them to kill the 304s...
Jingles... I love your videos, please keep making them until I die, and I don't care if your dead by then, that's not an acceptable excuse.
You don't necessarily need scouts in Malinovka to take the hill. It only takes for players (be it HT or MT) to make up their minds go straight there. But more often than not even IF more than one player decides to go to the hill, as soon as somebody on enemy team gets spotted they stop dead in their tracks, their "mine! mine! mine!" mentality turns on and they all try to snipe. Then, after several minutes are lost, they remember "hey, weren't we supposed to go to that hill few summers back?". Only to find out that they are being spotted as they climb. And they are spotted by welcoming commitee when finally making to the hill. Because enemy team fails to take crucial positions much less often than yours.
that lemming train happens to me all the time. it's always left to me and my friend to hold one side of the map. to make things even worse it's always the side where you know most of the enemy are going down

watching the last clip was really top notch, and really makes me hate myself for not being capable of a fraction of that, Usually I know my way around and have decent matches (though lately less so due to spending less time and possibly the game running away from my PC specs and it becoming old) I Know I'll never be as good as that, yet I Know from watching these kind of clips that I Should be a lot better at what I am doing which just frustrates me, while loving to watch them
