Balaam and the Talking Donkey | बालाम र बोल्ने गधा | Nepali Bible Story

The prophet Balaam is summoned by Balak, the king of Moab, to put a curse on the Israelites. Balaam is offered many riches for doing this. Balaam asks God for instructions and is told
not to curse the people. But being greedy, Balaam is going to try to curse the people anyway. On the way to meet Balak, Balaam’s donkey sees an angel, but Balaam doesn’t. Finally the Lord “opens
the mouth of the donkey.” The donkey and Balaam have a conversation about anger and cruelty to animals. Balaam sees the error of his ways and vows to say only what the Lord tells him to
say. Ultimately, Balaam delivers three blessings, not curses, and then is dismissed by Balak.
