I hate that everytime lights releases new music everyone complains that it doesn't sound like her first album. She's 30, not 18. She's going to sound different everytime she releases material because she's not going to be the same person every 3 or 4 years or so. I learned about her just before Siberia was released and I've loved every release since then because I love ALL her music.

I think some of you guys are missing the point that it's a concept album. Thìs is art, come with an open mind guys. She just created a whole new universe for us through music that ties within her art, the comic:) she's so badass.

I'm in awe at the level of energy it must take to do an album, write a book and do the animation and do on location acoustic versions. As a musician/artist (Death Pop Radio), I give it all MAD respect. And to top it all off, it's all really good! Ridiculous!

I found out about this song at my second job in Bath & Body Works. Every time they played this song, I just fell in love with her voice and the way the song sounds. I had no clue who it was by and about two weeks after I finally typed in the words to her song in google and this popped up. So glad I found who it's by and so glad whoever is in charge of the Bath & Body Works playlist included this specific song. ^__^
Lights literally doesn't have a bummer song. Every album is unique and calculated. Not one filler. Every song has a real meaning, a real personality. The Listening, Siberia, Little Machines (my personal favorite), and Skin & Earth, are all outstanding.
When you go from old songs from The Listening album all the way to this it sounds so different but it still has a slight feel of how your music has always been, though it's a bit different i'm glad you keep the same elements. I love all the music you put out and I can't wait for this album!

She's an artist that sounds the exact same, or even better when she sings live. I love her. She's so amazing. The lyrics for the intro are hidden throughout vandalism on the street in the first chapter of the comic. The pieces I can find so far are "Maybe I'm losing it, lost in the thick of it, pieces as they fall, alive at the heart of it, moving through it all"
LIGHTS has been my biggest inspiration in life. she has no idea who I am and doesn't know how much of an influence she's had on me. I've loved everything about her and her music since she released her first February Air and I have loved every single song, every song she's featured in and every cover she's ever done. There is usually something in every artist I don't like but Lights continues to stay as real and as genuine as she can be and we need more of this realness in the world
