Thank you kindly mate! Really appreciate the kind comment. I'm honestly happy to help folks when I can and I'm really passionate about the industry so it's all good 😁👍🏻
Thanks again for an honest and polite review of this pole. Looks amazing as you have said. Cant wait to see if Dr Angle is soon to be attached to it as well. from Australia .
Great Review Pete! There is an adapter available for purchase over here in Australia that will take the Dr Angle by using the blue clips supplied. I’ll send you a photo when I get a sec.
Hi, I use the unger Nilite pole. It also has that little black piece that connects to the locking cone. My problem with using the Moerman excelarator, is that the locking cone spins. That black adapter doesn’t allow the locking pins to seat properly. So it doesn’t work well with the Moerman excelarator.
Great vid! Would the 12' pole be enough for a modern 2 storey house and 4m x 3m conservatory, or would a 15' or 18' be better. the window above the conservatory is the only (slightly) awkward one. cheers.
Anything above the ground level I would go for something longer than a 12 ft pole. I use a 12 ft phantom trad from window cleaning warehouse, and that's for my low work. For anything higher I've got a 20ft carbon phantom pole and a 30 ft Gardiner with 10ft extension if needed
Sounds like a pole you would use when just starting out on wfp. When established then the only way to go is a full carbon pole. ( My humble opinion) If you were to go straight to a full carbon pole, such as a Gardiners Extreme Pole, then a pole like the one your demonstrating, would feel really quite heavy! Thanks as always for your videos Peter, love them ✌☘
@@glazenwasbedrijfkosik8987 true carbon is very durable but also costs alot more. For a short trad pole you don't need to spend hundreds on it. When the poles are longer ie 18 ft and above then yes defo worth the money to invest in a good fully carbon pole 👍🏻
hello Pete , when i get one ( 100% FOR TRAD ) do i need to buy the unger attachment with insert that i seen in this video or do i just buy the face fit angle neck adapter and the precision angle and combine the two which i seen on another video ?

Please help with this dilemma.....ive always used fixed head squeegee currently Unger ergo tech Ninja, its been a very good bit of kit but it seems everyone one is wag tailing right now. My dilemma is which to go for???? 18yrs in the game always something new to learn😁. Cheers Andrew
You have two options really, the wagtail has been around a long time, very basic tool, and not particularly well put together. Personally I would say if your going to get a good pivoting squeegee, get the moerman excelerator 2.0. Much better design and more versatile 👌
Hi thats great thanks i was leaning towards that way of thinking, im quite excited about it as it does seem to elevate the fanning style of trad cleaning, also the swivel action is going on alot in wfp style of Cleaning too so im giving that ago this week too, i will try anything once if it makes the job more efficient and also stretches its scope of task abilities too. Kindest of thanks for getting back to me as it is much appreciated mate. Cheers Andrew 😊😊😊
Yes it fits moerman handles. The moerman handles have 2 locking holes, the larger hole is for moerman locking cone and the smaller hole is for Unger 👍🏻
I'll definitely be ordering one of these. I am finding the Unger poles quite stiff to unscrew, but I don't see the traditional adaptor on the site. I take it this will be coming on their site in the next few days? Or is it something have to make? Still waiting on the samurai boab WCW said they where going to start selling months ago on there Twitter, I am guessing that's off the cards now.

Thanks for another great vid, mate. I foggily remember, that a couple of years ago, you made a review on another pole that can be used both as a wfp and trad tool. I think it was from some small Scottish manufacturer. Is also that Scottish pole still on the market? And if so, how would you compare it with the new one from WCW? Many thanks!

@@TradMan hello,i receive today, its not compatible, the green unger its too much big, warehouse go too send me the red unger adaptator,he say its the good one...
Hi mate, been looking at poles for traditional… I currently have a 16ft unger optiloc and the thing is almost unusable when extended for 1st floor windows. I don’t think at 12ft this phantom pole will do the job either… Can you recommend a pole that would be suitable for 1st floor windows whilst stood at ground level… ideally wanting to avoid going fully carbon as it’s too pricey… Cheers
I would save and get a carbon pole in all honesty buddy. It's night a day difference using full carbon to a hybrid. I use to use aluminium for high work so I know what you mean. This 12ft hybrid is better for ground level or just above. I personally use a phantom carbon pole. Not too pricy and lasts forever. So pop some pennies aside each month until you can get carbon, honesty don't get hybrid for higher stuff its too bendy! All the best pal 😉
@@TradMan thanks for taking the time to reply bud! What do you use to connect up Moerman tools to your carbon? If I bought a phantom carbon would a dr angle easily fit on it so I can attach my Moerman tools?
I don't use Dr angle as it's terribly weak and lock button tends to jam. I personally use one of two methods. 1. Easy method is to get the wfp to trad adaptor (unger tip with locking button) then you can take the tool off and on no probs. 2. Is to use a wfp adaptor and to screw a moerman excelerator handle to the wfp angle adaptor. That way you have more versatility. I'll get a link to a video where I show option 2

Some customers may prefer trad. Good to give your customers what they want and just charge accordingly. For instance a lot of stores don't want puddles of water all round the front of there store. Or some residential may want trad because the wfp method may leak in there windows or they just prefer the squeegee. I know some folks just do wfp and that's it and that's fine but some companies like to offer there customers what they want and just price appropriately. 👍🏻
