No escuché a los flautistas entre Bach y Rampal. Admiro a Rampal, es el mejor en la actualidad, pero no se si es el mejor de la historia. Es fabuloso lo que extrae de la flauta, único, pero en los tiempos puede haber habido alguno que sonara igual. Dificil pero posible.

I can finally see why he plays his flute at such a great angle. His embouchure is naturally angled to the left, and slightly down, hence he’s compensating with the flute to his natural position. Now I can finally let my childish desire of playing at the same angle as him die. He only did it because his body needed him to.
Exactly. There really is no right or wrong way. It depends on the flutist and how they can make the best of their sound and technique. The angle of the flute also makes a difference on how you hold the instrument.
This work and performance have power with awe in becoming the strict feeling . This music purifies the human soul . This is the hypnotizing performance .

The sound he can make on the flute is very clean and special and not everyone who plays on the flute is able to do that.

It's arguable, but history may record Rampal as the greatest flutist of all times.
