Alright, so the build goes like this:
Pre-Shrine:
1 STR
1 FTD
65 AGI
45 INT
1 WLP
75 CHR
1 MED (Can go HVY, LHT)
After-Shrine:
40 STR
50 FTD
40 AGI
21 INT
20/21 WLP
50 CHR
100 MED
(Pretty sure you’ll have some points left)
Get Deficient flaw, go to Songseeker and complete the NPCs quest at the start of the Shrine of Order cave to get the Bomb Talents, they give HP.
Important talents: Unnecessary Theatrics, Dazing Finisher (Chaotic Charm, Morale Booster, Charismatic Cast, Lasting Charisma, Tough Love), Tap Dancer, Cheap Shot, Observation, Safety Dance, Overflowing Dam, Exoskeleton, Spine Cutter, Thresher Claws, Wyvern’s Claws, Nullifying Clarity (Use Chilling), HP talents.
Do not get: Ghost, Vow Talents, Wallbang Talents, Mantra/Ether based Talents.
Why the charm talents when you can't charm without mantras?

"Deliver a one-liner on uppercuts, flourishes, and critical attacks that charms your opponents briefly."
Everything else is a bonus, like Dazing FInisher and the extra damage you do on charmed opponents.

@@MisterGuwapo you shouldnt get wall bang because they have dazing finisher and instead of doing knockback it just stuns them idk anything about ghost though

Hey I accidentally got strong left when grinding for the reqs but i recalled it, can i still get silentheart?
That actually doesn't matter. You can get silentheart either way. It's just that the mantra will disappear from your character's inventory. But if you go to a shrine you can still see your mantra and you can reroll it for some talents ig.

It's for both. It used to be really good for PVE because of increased M1 damage but now there are Mantra PVE builds which don't focus on M1s. It's still used in PVE tho so both PVP and PVE
