A lot of people say you shouldn't play video games while on self-improvement, and I agree. But the things that you use/learn when playing video games, when applied to the right things, can improve your life. As a teenager, I was so addicted to video games spending hours and hours a day playing these games. Now, I see my life as a video game. Once you start doing this, life becomes so much better.
