I have been diagnosed since 2019. I'm 47yrs old now. I have noticed alot of changes since then. I have been bent forward for 9yrs so probably had it longer. Have the rigidity PD. Very stiff, eye sight is more blurry, pain, very weak feeling. If I have choices it really makes my anxiety raise. Depression & anxiety & anger issues have seemed to get more. Harder for me to write. I'm still able to work though. But I do slack at work. Have a 6yr old & 8yr old. My husband is amazing with being the stay at home dad. Does most of the chores. He puts up with my mood swings. Keto diet helped with the constant pain I'm in. But "fell" off the diet. I just wish there was more Drs. Who specialize in Parkinsons. I only have a regular MD. & I only see him maybe once or twice a yr. I avoid going. On Sinemet twice a day which seems to help some, yet some days it doesn't help. I find I'm starting to have a twitch in finger, feel my right leg draw up or cramp, or I have to sit in a chair & my legs have to run in place stretched out stiff. Head crawls alot. Paranoid feelings sometimes override my thoughts. Is there more help out there for those who don't have a Dr that specializes in PD
