    Se io ho il Bosch Cx precedente senza il Kiox ? Ho provato se, per caso si collega ma non funziona ......serve solo l' ultima generazione ?

    Where is the eBike Lock option in the app? The Kiox 300 manual says that you can enable eBike Lock from the Settings in eBike Flow but I can't find anything related to eBike Lock in the Settings or anywhere else either.

    Is there a way to avoid the Flow App to sync every single ride I made with the bike to Strava? Sometimes I use the bike for going to the supermarket, and I don't want that ride to appear on Strava.

    I got a new phone and before exchanging it I didn’t unpair my bike. Now, the E-Lock is on and I can’t get my new phone to sync. Any tip?

      Hello Jake Knapik, it is important - to use the same eBike Connect account.If you still have your old phone, please connect it to the eBike, deactivate the lock and forget the eBike from the Flow App on the old phone, then try to pair it with the new phone.But, If you dont have your old phone with you, please enter to your Flow App, go to settings then go to my ebike and click ''reset', then pair your new phone with the LED REMOTE.     I have an problem. When i type in the name of the app in app store it is nowhere to be found, and when i try to get it from your website it says app not available. What do i do?

    Hi, here is an improvement that I would like to see. Make it easy to have more then one bike “make more accounts” is a bad solution in my opinion, look at specialized where you can have many.

    Is it possible to connect two different phones with the same account? For example for a cargo bike shared by two members of the family?

      Because you are new in the business and you don’t know that the bike it’s going to be used by everyone in the house, right?
      Despite this “flaw”, using the same account on two phones with the app doesn’t work either… despite that being stated on your help guide.

    Does this work for all the bosch motors or just certain ones? I have the haibike hardnine 5 2021 with the bosch 250w performance line 65nm (i presume gen but i wouldnt know), bosch 500w tube battery and bosch purion display.

      Hello Ben Hopwood, the above video is designated for customers with eBikes with Smart System. Your eBike is from System Generation 2, therefore, anything in this video is unfortunately incompatible with your eBike. Your Bosch Ebike Team.

    When will the app be available for Latin America, I am in the Dominican Republic and the app does not appear in the App Store for this country. It's too bad that you can't do this after paying so much money for an e-bike.

    Is there a way to get the flow app to just track/chart todays ride and not have it show all the rides done on the bike? Just show todays ride information.

      Hey, Ive this the same trouble, @Nov 2023. -> I see used modes at "Home" screen only, but not at statistics / ride(s).
      Plus: At statistics / ride(s) - I see Elevation, ascent and descent, and some sort of a graph - but _I cant open the graph or see details like highest/lowest elevation reached_ or such.
      I havent yet actually tested the Kiox screen that shows info about those.

    Hi, here are a few improvements I would like to see.
    1. I have a Samsung galaxy watch 4 and it would be very convenient if I could unlock my bike on my watch and not just on my phone. For instance by pushing a button on the screen like in the phone app. I have tried to install the flow app itself on my watch and apparently I can but I can’t login for some reason. It would be equally convenient if I could activate the transport mode on the watch as well. A dedicated wear os app with this convenient functionality would be amazing 😊.
    2. In the phone app it would be nice to have a button to activate the transport mode on the Home Screen and not to have to dig for it in the settings. I use this mode regularly when I service the bike or transport it on my car.
    3. The map functionality in the app could be better. The search function can’t find a lot of things for some reason for instance my local library or apothecary. And it would be really nice if I could edit the route if I don’t like the route the app suggests preferably by drag and drop. I use Komoot now because it is better at navigating.
    But I like the improvements you have made to the flow app recently, keep it up 😊

    It has taken me days to figure out how to change from Km to miles in the app.
    The only way possible was for me to change the language in my phone settings from British to American, go back into the app and you will have miles instead of kilometres.
    This seems very clumsy and I'm sure there are lots of people here in the UK struggling like I did.
    Come on Bosch a brand new system, surely you can make it easier than that

      @@hairyhomerify you need to change your mobiles keyboard to American, then you go back into the app and it should then be showing miles, its a pain but its working for me

    Can You consider making another video where at least the phone in the video is in focus so You can see what Your trying to do on the phone. Lots of room for improvement on this video to help users.
