Managed to make this work for front triangles and sweeps, but for whatever reason I cant seem to take my hips to the sky to make the rolling armbar work. Also haven't managed to make it work from mount at all, trying to fall across, im barely able to turn so I just get swept. Maybe its because my legs are too long or my mobility? Or maybe there's tricks to this I'm completely missing.
