Justin Fields was the same quarterback in year 3 then he was six games into his rookie year he never progressed and honestly it feels as our quarterback we're probably three in one however it's obvious to see that Caleb is going to be a better quarterback in the long term because he can actually read defenses and go through progressions Fields never did that Fields was a 100% C and throw guy he has to see the guy open before he throws the ball and that will get you picked off all the time or you just do what Fields does and never throw the ball down the middle of the field
CW is better than Fields as developing when compared at same time but... Lets not pretend JF had the same support from the coaches he had like CW does. I'm just glad Waldron finally came around to using his whole personnel and not just his favorites...

@@michaellawrence7957 People keep saying Caleb has a better team. I disagree. I think this line through the first three weeks was playing like the worst line in the league. The same line played pretty decent for fields and that's where it starts. The line looks like they are improving so I'm curious to see how Caleb stack up by seasons end.

The only reason people are criticizing Caleb is the play of Jayden Daniels and Justin Fields. I was a huge fields fan but the fact is Caleb Williams is the qB of our Bears. He is progressing and his play is the only qb play Chicago has to worry about.
Let him grow and let the team grow around him. The Bears didn't do that with the former QB so let's not repeat the mistake.
dj has to be frustrated. Caleb's not giving him a chance on those deep balls. it's either waay overthrown or underthrown. Just give your receiver a chance to earn his paycheck.
At least we have possible tiebreaker in NFC playoff against Rams if need be.
Coaches and players are learning as they go. They are capable and will adapt and hopefully grow. It takes a ton of talent just to make it to NFL.

Caleb Williams is lighting the league on fire and kissing ass cheeks along the way. We've never seen a rookie QB with this much talent. Already top 3 in the league and will be #1 by the end of the year. Caleb will be hoisting the Lombardi in Janurary 🐻

Let's not get to giddy gents. We beat a badly undermanned Rams team missing a number of key players on offense and still dealing with the Aaron Donald retirement. Some good things but we still get spanked by the top 10 teams in the league including the three other divisional rivals.
But,,,,rams beat Frisco...
We need powerful and athletic olineman next year.i guarantee poles will fill in the gaps FINALLY...

Kmet should have at least 7-10 targets a game...CW has not been accurate 15 yards or more downfield, but accurate short!!! At least the QB did not lose the Game, Punter had more yards 277 compared to whole offense 260 something!!! Punter has a better chance of hitting a reciever over 15 yards with his foot, than QB has with his Arm!!!

I know we won, but........ I have a saying. Don't accept in victory what you wouldn't accept in defeat. The Rams were depleted. Was I excited to see some plus yardage running plays? Of course I was. However, the play calling especially early was terrible. The infatuation with the screen pass game that isn't good baffles me. It wastes a play and then they go 2nd and 3rd and long because of it. I don't care if 1 out of 30 of them work. Stop it immediately.
