    Atty., Ask ko lng po.. 2x n po akong na issue han ng memo/absenteeism kase may sakit po ako. Kaya nag aabsent para magpagamot .. Pwede b akong i-terminate..? Mahal ko po trabaho ko.. kaya lang po pag sinumpong n pong sumakit balakang ko dipo talaga ako makakapasok.

    Ako po attorney 2018 until 2023 nanalo na kami . Pero nang nag appeal sa higher commission sa NLRC . Babayaran ay 486 k .
    Tapos ng matalo kami 28 k nalang Ang babayaran ng kumpanya.

    Good Day po ,hingi po sana ako ng advice kasi po pina uwi ako ng agency ko ng pinas galing po ng abroad kasi po yung medical ko dw doon ay meron daw po ako lung spot..pero pag uwi ko po dito ng pinas agad po ako nagpa medical sa lung center of the philippines pero lahat po ng result ko ay normal..ngaun po hindi na ako pinapabalik ng agency q sa abroad almost 6 months na po ako nag antay sakanila at hindi pa po tapus ang kontrata ko..anu po kaya pwede ko gawin sa case ko?maraming salamat po

    Hello po, tanong ko lng po, ung employee ang magsabi na tinanggal xa, pero ang totoo po, pina suspend lng ng 3 days ksi hindi nagpa alam. Ung katrabaho niya ang ka txt niya at sinabi ng co worker ng, "pahinga ka daw muna". Walang sinabi ung HR na tanggalin. Meron po bang pananagutan ung hr? Salamat po and more power .

    Atty. Tanong ko lang po. Nag karoon po Kasi Ng anual medical last Sept 13, that time lumabas na Pala Ang result Ng medical. Pero sinabi lang Po sakin Nov. 6 na ,then my agency told me na mag pagamot ako. Kinabukasan Nov. 7 nag punta na po sa health center, then sinabi sakin na may 2 weeks first line of treatment po Sila, then mabigyan kana Ng medical certificate and fit to work, that time nag report nako sa employer ko na mag leave ako Ng 2 weeks medication, may mga series of test pa muna ako bago makapag start Ng gamutan sa PTB. lumabas Ang result Ng test but it happens na may mga requested repeated test pa. Nag report po ako sa employer ko for leave extension, na aabutin Ng Nov 30 para matapos Ang 2 weeks medication, dahil nakapag start na po ako mag medicine nov 17 na. During that time nakaka chat ko na Ang supervisor ko sa company na pinapsukan ko na Hawak Ng employer ko ma dedemote daw ako due to long rest, then Nov 29 nag ask sakin visor ko kung sure na daw ako babalik sa Dec 1, then nag Sabi na sya na mapapalitan na daw ako as Team leader. E pwede Naman nila ako I wait dahil papasok na rin ako. Pero pinalitan pa rin ako

      Ang demotion po ay part ng pageexcercise ng management prerogatives pero dapat ito po ay mapag usapan ninyo ng inyong kumpanya with your supervisor at HR. Pakiprovide mo yon medical certifivate mo sa kanila at sumulat ka ng maayos na nagpapaliwanag ng iyong health condition. Paalala hindi dapat nila bawasan ang iyong seldo at benepisyo kung sakaling idedemote ka nila.
