What's wrong with playing it on easy? Especially if it's your first go through or you're making a walkthrough for others to see? Some difficulties require you to do more things so of course for a walkthrough doing it on easy is the most logical because chances are that's what most people who are first time players will be playing on. Easy mode means you can show people the gist of what they're supposed to do without doing more work than necessary because of the difficulty level.
