      I agree. In most videos I even prefer the sound of the 15.000€ cheaper KEF Reference 5. I don‘t know how that can be possible.

      We can't have such majestic hall at home to listen our music, unfortunately. Part of that emotion you talked comes from being in a different and much more ample space. The routine in our homes is tiresome, perhaps for this reason we are always looking for new and unexpected ways to improve our systems.

      @ Gino...I always think Dead Can Dance are great for demoing music. I've got just about everything they've released and saw them mostly in their early days, when they were local.
      Shame they aren't that well known in the audiophile world.

    Kef二十多年仍主打細尺寸同軸單元,為何唔開發全新單元,去到旗艦仍然左右各一同軸再加左右各4隻底音,要用大推力極靚乾後級先有效咁提供同軸更極限音質,呢套系統若用其他音箱可能比kef做出更好表現,已經好多人覺得近年產品開始脫離hi end行列,單元極限音質音壓係有少少吵耳,冇低頻就加夠你害怕,整件產品只係附帶高超高同軸單元,中音厚度只靠同軸係做唔到,因同軸互相影響下,分頻點只可偏高音,同軸變成一個負累,金屬物料輕快堅固但吵耳,往後期待有真突破。

      The source an audiophile chooses to use to consume content is on them. Not worthy of a comment as it’s only the commenter that looks foolish when there are so many high end video/audio sources available today

    • @tan_k
      @tan_k ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@PursuitPerfectSystem I believe you took that comment negatively. Your subtle but quite impactful words indeed showed me my bare reality. Listening to these master pieces anytime soon is way beyond my reach. And yes, the joke is on me, all I can afford is to listen to recording of these speakers on my substandard mobile device. Your lightening fast reply shows your great passion towards your content and I truly respect you for that. It was unintentional but I am sorry if this fool offended you in any way.

    • @PursuitPerfectSystem
      @PursuitPerfectSystem  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have had hundreds of similar comments meant sarcatiscally - suggesting what is the point in a video like this when I am watching it on my phone. Those comments do frustrate me because I know the crazy lengths I went to to try and get the best audio recording I could of the system, insane lengths when I think about it so then using a good audio playback system is essential to hear that recording, like some good headphones, its a whole other experience to phone speakers. But I cant control what people watch the videos on, they shouldn't vent that at me because its no different to watching movies on a phone or in the cinema. I can only produce the video to the best I can people watch it on whatever they want but that system always dictates the experience. I apologise if I was hasty in my reply and no offense taken either way I hope

      KEF Blades have dual opposed drivers to help reduce the rear effect of pressure build up within the cabinet.

      Focal Sopra N3 easily. I can't get over the muddy bass of the KEF - perhaps that is why virtually no other manufacturer has their woofers pointed 90 degrees away from the listener, so all you hear is the reflected lower frequency sound rather than the direct sound?
